The milkshakes are nice, the prices decent however the customer service isn't brilliant. The place feels a bit run down tbh. A positive for vapers are that the products are sold here also.

We went to Milkshake City only to find out that it had been replaced by 'Shakes and Vapes'. The milkshake bar looked closed and the place didn't look very child friendly. We left without even going inside.

Very lovely experience , treated my son today after his football game . Had a delicious Oreo milkshake ! very polite staff seeing as my son took forever to decide his order . Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Only downside is the vape part of the shop is right at the front not really appealing

It used to be one of my favourite places on earth... but now the milkshake is not so great anymore and it got more expensive. Furthermore the owner is rude. I won't travel 2 hours to get a milkshake anymore

Lovely staff, nice chilled out place with comfy chairs. I like how Milkshake City is starting to expand and come up with bigger, better milkshake creations. However, it is a little bit pricey for what it essentially is.

Milkshakes are delicious and we'll worth going for. The staff are also helpful when I'm pondering what to buy. Laid back environment that makes a nice change to a cafe.
