Çiğköfte is combination of ''çiğ'' and ''köfte''.. Çiğ means ''raw'' or ''uncooked'', köfte means ''meatball'' :) you did not hear wrong!! İt is a popüler snack in Turkey.. İt is made from bulgur, onion, tomato pasta, urfa biber (a kind of red pepper), salt and raw meat (beef or lamb).. Anyway, this shop is good at çiğköfte and you can order it as wrap or meal in plate!!
hi there, i have just delicious meal at your shop, please stop offering me tea because i have heard there is weed inside it. i love you we should meet up one tim and cook
Stop by there on the other day for a quick bite. Tried their cighkofte. Staff Very friendly and helpful and service very good and place very clean and tidy.
very good food, friendly staff…you must try Tantuni 👌🏻
Makes me feel so emotional great taste excellent service. Freshly made and very clean. Just love it we don’t mind to drive 1 hr for such an authentic food
Almost zero alternative to this place exists in London. We love çiğköfte but this one wasn't good enough compared to the price paid for a small portion and lean taste. My humble suggestion is increased olive oil and walnut in it to get a better taste.
Got the falaffel to takeaway. Nice falaffel with salad inside and some mint which was a nice addition.
We come here most Fridays after football, the Tantuni is the best in London and the staff are great. The best casual eat in London for sure!
Wish to be satisfied and recommend but I' m really sorry to say I do not do. I came after I saw positive feedback about this store but please don't rely on it. These are not real, unfortunately. According to regulation there should be a cover on this kind of food in order to keep it hygienic. However, staff and food was not clean, and there's no cover over food. It should have been. Therefore, I never recommend it for anyone else does care being health. I am also not sure about making process of food.
The food here is absolutely delicious, healthy and there are lots of vegan options. Very friendly staff and awesome food. The tantuni is DELICIOUS, so make sure you try it.
Tantuni! You need to try this Turkish delicacy at least once! Be sure to follow the ritual: pick it up, bring two ends together (like a U), squeeze the lemon on each each (to drip well inside) and if you are brave enough, stuck a few spicy peppers inside. The area is full of excellent Turkish restaurants, but this is one of the few that does tantuni and does it very well! I have never tried anything else here, but the other stuff look good too. No frills place, very minimal for a quick eat and cheap, excellent value for money.
Decent çiğ köfte with reasonable price. Our portion was full of healthy greens.
Simple place with çiģ kofta, tantuni, ìçli kofta. Clean. Good service, friendly, and the food deserves 5 stars. Modest prices
