Can’t think of a better place to eat the best pizza al fresco.
We visited Clissold park Tavern yesterday. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food and service was excellent. Could not have asked for a more pleasant Bar/Restaurant place to visit
Lovely pizzas and friendly staff.. the beer garden is nice and will be even better when the booths are heated 😁
Great pizza's and over all much better than the old Robbie...! Refurbish is super cool and so relaxing outside and in definitely be getting my custom. �

These guys went out of their way to make sure I got to see an AFL Finals match when I couldn't find anywhere to watch it nearby. Legends! Beer selection and food also good �
Wonderful venue, large spacious garden, great beer and amazing stone cooked pizza! What more can you ask for?
Came in one a weekday for dinner after a lovely walk in the area. For a tavern, they definitely have a very large menu and lots of options for vegetarians too!
We ordered the spinach pizza and the aubergine parmigiana - both we quite nice and worth the money!
There’s also loads of seating space, which was surprising.

We’ve been here several times and it’s great for families, throughout the seasons. When we went last, just after midday, it was filling up fast for outdoor seating. A lot of tables were reserved but the staff were happy for us to sit at one which was reserved from 3pm as long as we had left by 2.45/2.50 so they had enough time to clear and reset the table.
Food is good and usually delivered promptly. They do some good pizzas here - my boys had a margarita with olives, and we also got the pepperoni one, the tuna one (this also came with anchovies and was a bit too salty for my liking so will probably go for the goat’s cheese next time) and the meatball pasta for my 1 year old as he’s allergic to dairy. I didn’t actually see a kids menu (didn’t ask for one) but our kids shared one pizza and also tucked into the meatball pasta so everyone had enough food.
While there’s not a huge space for energise kids to run about it, it helps that there’s good outdoor seating and they often show football matches which makes my boys (other half included) happy. There’s also a lot of high chairs which is great.
If you’re planning to be out for most of the day at Clissold park with kids, this is a great place to go for lunch or an early dinner.

They do good pizzas (even tho the buffalo mozzarella they have is average)🍕 and the service is super quick (I suggest you to order directly at the bar instead of via QR code to avoid service charge).

Really good day there yesterday for a Mates wake. Pub were v accomodating and did one of the best gluten free pizzas Ive had.
I've been there around 7pm to have dinner with my 8 months old baby.
It was not crowded, with good relaxing music, with candles on the tables - very pleasant atmosphere.
The service was ok, but wouldn't say 'good'. Staff didn't seem quite friendly.
Food is amazing (I had avocado, mozzarella, olives and other stuff salad 🥗)!
Prices are reasonable, but wouldn't say 'cheap' (£9 for the salad, £3 for bottle of still water)
They do have a baby changing facilities, high chairs, a lot of space, garden seats that makes it almost perfect place to have a meal with a baby.
Such a beautiful little pub close to the Emirates Stadium, glad we booked a table outside as it was really busy. Drinks and food we're easy to order on the app, and delivered really promptly to our table. We just ordered some pizzas and garlic bread to share which was beautifully cooked and good quality, the lamb calzone was amazing.

Clissold Park Tavern, 8.5/10
The gentleman in the back is gobsmacked that we’ve returned to UK shores. So mesmerised that he dropped his pint. It’s alright mate. We’re here now. Pick your jaw up of the floor.
Pints shown are Hackney Brewery Lagers. Clean. Crisp. Refreshing. Particularly refreshing after having had 50+ Guinness in Dublin.
Great for a booze up in the sun. Huge outdoors area. Or, if you’re mad like us, also great for a booze up in the freezing cold 8-degree English autumn climate. Take your pick.
One of the waiters in here was a funny fella. Definitely high as a kite. Came over to the table and asked us if we thought his skin had turned scaley like a snake. No mate. Now go slither over to the bar and fetch us another round. Pronto.
The waiter came back and gave us our round. Perfect. He dropped the card machine to the floor. As we looked up to see what was wrong, we realised he’d morphed into a snake and slithered into the gobsmacked mans mouth. And the bloke still didn’t move. That’s just how famous we are in these parts now.
We lobbed the card machine in the fella’s mouth and left. Free round. It’s good to be back.

I've been there a couple of times the pizzas are very tasty and the beer it's ok, the problem here are the queuing and waiting times which are quite long... The beer garden it's great and big enough to find a sit!
Look, the bartenders are super cruisy which makes things super slow but I’m into it. Food is great, atmosphere is luuurvely and beer selection is stunning. Would be great to get some hot chips I reckon

I recently moved in the area and was still on the look for my new go-to local pub, but I’m pretty sure I’ve found it now! Good location, big outdoor area, good pizzas and drinks. Easy to order from the table with the QR code and quick service. Sounds like I’ll become a regular 🙂
Ultimate pub garden for watching live sports, big screens, great range of craft beers 🍻 and decent pizzas as well. Any big game get down early for the best tables, very fond memories of summer days at this place.
