After reading some reviews on here I was dubious about going but we loved. We booked for a Friday evening with the kids. Staff greeted us and offered us a couple of choices of tables and we wanted to be near the action. Service was prompt and friendly. We were offered a high chair and given colouring in for the children. There was a frog mascot walking round having photos taken with the children and giving them all a high 5. Food arrived really quickly and was good, same with our drinks. We ordered a desert for the kids and the waiter put a candle in my little boys ice cream sundae as it was his birthday. The staff all gathered round and sang him happy birthday. I would definitely recommend the rainforest cafe, it is quite expensive but it was a great experience for the kids and service and food was brilliant!!

Went here for a leaving do with some friends, had a two year old with us. She sat for a bit but the noises scared her. The atmosphere was good, the service was good but the food was a bit pricey for what it was. Saying that, I would go again. I had the ribs which were very tasty but I would have liked more sauce on it. My friend had the steak and she said it was really good.

Food was ok... really busy for dinner, thank God we were early (4pm), it was filling up already. Our kids 6 and 8 loved the jungle theme with moving animals and all 🐆🦍

The reviews and photos just don’t do this place justice. First off - this isn’t the Ritz. Adjust your expectations! There are gorillas screaming during the meal, it thunders, a parrot does a walk around. This is a restaurant for people with kids, or at least who enjoy novelty. Our waiter was fantastic & our meal was great. The atmosphere is really good and the surroundings felt like you were not in central London. Great fun!

An absolutely lovely experience today at the Jungle cave! We took our two girls aged 8 who absolutely loved it! Our lunch was so delicious! Great and fast service, great food and great atmosphere! Will definitely be coming back! So lovely to have such a child friendly place right in the heart of London! George was fab and made our experience so lovely! Thank you 😊

I recently visited this restaurant and explored the first floor. The jungle theme decoration was impressive, and the interior was adorned with a variety of cute toy and stuffed animal dolls for sale, making it a perfect spot for kids. Overall, it's a great place to dine with family and enjoy the ambiance.

Had an amazing time! I think we had the best seat in the restaurant (animated gorilla next to us and also animated Jaguar right above us) can be quite an experience especially with the thunderstorm so make sure your child(ren) are ready for the rainforest ‘musical noises’. The food was ok ; we liked the lamb shank the best amongst all but it was the atmosphere that livened up the place. Our lunch just came under £100 for the 4 of us. Children had a great time and so did we!

Amazing place, I had pasta there and it was really good. They have a mascot named Carlos who comes around and you can take photos with him. Really nice atmosphere.

Loved dining here with my daughter, great fun. We both enjoyed our food, very quick service too and our waiter was very attentive. We swapped a mango milkshake for another flavour as D didn't like the passion fruit our waiter quickly made up a new one no problem! Great place for kids/ families. Good location under 10min walk from M&M world, Lego store. Carnaby Street nearby also. It was £40 for two of us to eat including drinks. Kids meal is £15 for 3 course. The restaurant is downstairs under the gift shop. The toilets could do with updating , positive note there was 2 baby changing units.

Not quite how it was when known as The Rainforest Cafe, but still a lovely meal. Table was booked for 7pm, but we were seated early. Downside if table we were seated at....right at the back, tucked away in a corner, so missed the atmosphere if the restaurant. Extremely family orientated - expensive, but you're paying for the atmosphere (which we missed). Also missed the "tropical storm" that used to be simulated.

First, I didn't eat here. I only had drinks. But I enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere. This place is definitely meant for families. Mainly kids. But it's a really interesting concept and environment. There are multiple floors of restaurant. I'd definitely recommend getting a reservation before coming as the lineups are long. It was simply a unique experience. Some of the food reviews here aren't great. So take that into account. But walking down the street I saw this place and it immediately drew me in as it was very strange. If you like really strange concepts and underground restaurants, it's worth checking out!

Definitely pre-book as even with a booking it was a wait for a table. Once seated it took a while to take orders but after that food arrived almost immediately. Great advice from the server on menu choices and they sang a birthday song for my little girl. Would definitely return, great for kids.

The staff is very pleasant and professional, most of all,the place itself is great, it looks like we were in a jungle place. But, sometimes the animals sounds are a little too noisy. The jambalaya dish is very good.

Really really good. If you're reading this, you're probably considering it - it's worth it. We booked for 5pm, rang them, rearranged for 4pm, ended up getting here at like 3:30pm and they happily accommodated us a bit earlier with no issues. We came for our little one's birthday meal. Good value for the portion sizes (we had to ask for a takeaway box for our left over food). Kids had a kids meal, again, good portion sizes, and the dessert sundae was delicious (they noticed the birthday badge our kid was wearing, put a candle in the sundae and came around the table to sing happy birthday!). Atmosphere was really nice, a really cool rainforest environment, with moving animal props etc. The music and sounds of the water really helped set the mood. Our waitress/"safari guide" (Ruby) was really helpful and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Also, they have plenty of halal options. Just to mention, there isn't step free access, so we had to carry a pram down a short flight of steps. They told us about this when we booked anyway, which again, is very considerate of them! Thank you Jungle Cave!!!!

Dishes are ok, I'd say the typical American menu, complete with hot dogs and milkshakes, and done to decent quality. Not sure about the service though. I appreciate they're quite busy and there are lots of little ones, but you can't bring out dirty cutlery and cups (one had lipstick on it...) And you also need to check in sometimes to see if anyone needs anything else.
