Excellent election, highy affordable and on par and perhaps better than any 5 star restaurant in the city. I threw a dart at the menu and each dish was spot on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PLACE !!

Good dim sum, had a lot of different style, wouldn't recommend the "mix meat dumpling" doesn't taste good, but other are ok. My favorite avec "chive and pork" dumpling.

In the spirit of Chinese New Year we were looking for a place to eat Chinese food despite the crowds and the madness. As my primary goal was to find a set menu with aromatic duck we pretty much went for the first place that had it and did not have another 20 people queuing outside. Luckily this had one table left so we grabbed it (and then 20 people queued outside). Timing is everything.

Anyway, let's talk about the food. The mixed starter was pretty good although the ribs need hands (or a chopstick miracle) which can get a little bit messy. The aromatic duck was awesome although we could have done with a few more veggies for the wraps. But, as it's one of my favourite dishes, I was happy.

Then we had 3 mains, chicken, sweet and sour prawns and stir fried veggies with egg fried rice. The rice was ok, the veggies and the chicken very juicy and yummy but the star was definitely the prawns. I could eat loads of them!

The service was very quick and efficient, I assume they were focusing on getting people in and out as quickly as possible (not rushing them, just not making anybody wait) and the waitresses were very polite.

The patrons were mixed, couples, families, tourists and Chinese people; it's clearly a place that caters for everyone which is to be expected.

In general, while I don't think the place stands out as a unique experience I think it operates at a good standard and it's great for when you are looking for a place to sit down quickly and eat without any fuss.

I come from a city were amazing Asian cuisine is abundant, so moving to England & for many months I was trying to find some decent dim sum but even that was proving difficult (not to mention it's hard to find evening dumplings that's not Ping Pong Blerghkk!). This is the first place I found some actual good dim sum and I will definitely return! Good price, flavourful and was fresh when I attended! However don't expect to be impressed by the waiters, they want you in and out, but one lady did let me order dim sum when service had stopped, so I'm thankful for that. Will definitely be returning, go for the dim sum but don't have expectation for anything else.

You wouldnt expect this restaurant to be amazing, until you go inside & try it. I was searching chinatown, trying to decide which restaurant to choose. It was a long search but this place grabbed my attention. Its not grand or luxurious from the outside but it gets better when you enter. I ordered the fried noodles singapore style... absolutely delicious. I was dreading it at first as many establishments have different spice pallets, some sprinkle the spice. Whilst others get carried away, or a bit too generous. This restaurant got it just right. The dish's flavour wasnt overpowered by spice, wasnt ruined by too much vegetables. My very fussy girlfriend loved her dish too (fried noodles with sea food) which is a very good sign.
Great place, great dishes. Also very reasonable prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Well, I guess that normal is a good word to discribe the restaurant. By normal I mean that quality/price is fair.

Me and my friends wanted dim sum , our go to is usually next door but as we arrived around 1pm on a Saturday it was packed so we decided to try this place out. I must say I loved it the portion sizes were slightly bigger . Especially the Thai style chicken feet, it was a bigger than all of the places we have went to. I also recommend their xo sauce with turnip cake.... it's fried with turnip cake with xo sauce , egg and some beansprouts. The century egg congee was perfect. The xiaolongbao was massive l as it It had a thicker wrap it was very juicy. Overall I really enjoyed our experience and would deffo go back !!!

I was really impressed with the service today the water that was serviced was in a fancy bottle and I loved how they poured the coke for us the food tasted like something you’d get from a local takeaway (I might as well have gone to my friend’s restaurant for the food for a lower price) I did like the chicken ball sauce and the chicken balls itself

Had an all veggie meal. Mock chicken, tofu in mushroom, egg fried rice, and veggie noodles. Tasted good. The veggie noodles tasted the best. I will return for the noodles. Price was okay. Overall taste was good. Quality was good.

One of my go to spots for dimsum. Good taste, wide variety and fast service. Average price for Chinatown and the service is not the best (just like any other Chinatown restaurants).

10/10... amazing restaurant I recommend the prawn dumplings in noodle soup, chilli oil, egg fried rice(absolutely delicious) and the mint tea (fills the cup about 12 times or more). Their portions are huge and the flavour of their food is authentic. The staff are all attentive and nice! The prices are quite decent (check images). Loved it, will be coming again very soon. A very happy customer!

Good dim sum spot. Really enjoyed the steamed Chinese sausage, mushroom and chicken rice. The other dim sum dishes were tasty although the fried radish cake could have been better. The food comes from next door, Gerard’s Corner so it actually might make sense to just go there since the food would come out faster and hotter.

Ngl the food was delicious. Service wasn’t very nice at all, but it made for great entertainment. We all enjoyed our time there, will be going back! We had the prawn fried rice (a little not fully cooked but still delicious, veggie spring rolls (amazing, perfectly crispy!), vegetable dim sum (I’ve tried a couple of these before, but honestly these have been the best so far - will update if changes lol!), and finally I had the veggie fried noodles (I didn’t have time to finish them because it came out too late after, but they were pretty good).

When I was looking for the restaurant on Google Map, I realised that most pictures uploaded by users are not this restaurant, people might this this page is for "all the restaurants in London Chinatown", but actually the Chinese name of this place has nothing to do with the English name. OK, let's talk about the food. Both crab and dim sum are good, the crab noodle has super huge portion, even people who are sitting across the room were shocked by it and asked waiter what I was eating, I packed 3 boxes when I finished meal. Price is about £15~20 per person.

Very busy place. Good, freshly made dimsum. Noodle soup was good- the roast pork. The beef shank soup has large dried ginger pieces which add depth, but be careful as taste is overpowering. Waiters are pleasant and happy to serve. Food came out quick. Drinks are expensive.

had the roast duck and chow mein. both dishes were very well flavoured and the quality justified the high prices of central London. I wasn't keen on the interior setup. felt like a overly cramped carpeted living room. This is a good place to eat if you want a quick and flavoursome bite and don't really care about the atmosphere

Seriously, try the brisket with ginger & spring onion. I've never eaten anything so tender, tasty and juicy. Very lovely staff (even though they were dealing with a real a-hole of customer behind us, who we could hear lying and complaining about his order! - if they can continue to serve after that, I have all the respect in the world for the staff here) What a lovely meal. Thank you!

The variety of dim sum options was impressive, and we tried as many as our appetites could handle. If you're in London and craving some fantastic Chinese cuisine, you've got to check out this restaurant
