So glad to have found this place. Such great food, looks and tastes amazing. It's a small family run cafe, owner is a very nice and friendly guy, a very passionate chef with over 30 years experience! Highly recommend! A lot of healthy options and always fresh ingredients.
Good healthy food for every meal. They serve boxes, sandwiches, smoothie and the quality of the products is excellent. The veggie box is a complete vegan meal tasty and colourful like only vegan food can be! Definitely worth a stop or have it delivered!
This place is a little gem of a find, salads are made fresh and are delicious, (the salmon box is my favourite). The coffee is nice and the fruit juices are amazing.
The owner is friendly and very attentive.

The greatest pizza's that I have ever tasted in my life and cheaper then any other pizza chain in Chingford, you seriously are missing out majorly if you do that try the pizzas here!
