Ate here as it's next to the premier inn we were staying at. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed, quality, and price of food options. Decided on the barbecue platter, and all the meats were either good or excellent. The only disappointment was the coleslaw, which was the basic catering type. It lacked a little atmosphere as It looked like most of the customers were from the associated hotel. Breakfast next morning was well up to standard.

Kelly and Frank are fantastic. Ask for them to give you a hand. Their service is unrivalled. It's a great place for grabbing a few drinks with friends and getting a bite to eat. You'll only be disappointed if you ask for orange juice! (lol) Good times!

There is a young chap that works here and is usually waiting table in the evening. His service and manner is absolutely impeccable, friendly, pleasant and always chatty. He’s Tall, has long hair in a bun and definitely deserves a raise Beefeater managers! It’s rare to get that level of service in most restaurants, never mind a beefeater (Sorry beefeater).

Come on a Wednesday after had the standard curry is nice, unfortunately the grill wasn't working so couldn't have from the grill. 1 waitress who sat us down just seemed like she didn't even want to be there, where as the other lady who was there black hair long finger nails I think her name was kacey when I asked she was so polite and very friendly it was a pleasure to meet her.

It was a very good experience and we shall go again. Unfortunately, I forgot to present my Beefeater Rewards Club card, which I had with me. Perhaps asking the customer if they have one would be a good plus for any Beefeater Restaurant. I called the restaurant and they said to add the bill online to get points credited. Perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, Beefeater Rewards Club seems to be broken as I can not add missing points online despite having all the correct information required. I am told: "We're sorry, but we don't hold a transaction that matches your submission. Please check and try again." I have checked and been trying for 2 days! I've contacted the club via their website - no response to date. I've tried calling - they have technical problems, so say I should call back later. I call back later during their opening hours - they're closed! The front end of Beefeater is very good - the back end has a large problem and needs a dose of something to keep itself moo-ving!

It was a really satisfying experience. The service was top notch and the staff were polite and friendly. The food was also really good (a full course meal should be within the range of £35-£60) and I would recommend their combos. The atmosphere was great however I'd have liked the toilets to smell better.

Jenny the waitress was really nice, service was spot on 5* plus. All the staff were pleasant and very professional always making sure the customers were OK. The food was cooked well and typical pub gub nothing to right home about, just good basic portions offering value.

Called in for breakfast today. Not particularly busy, so seated immediately and the serving staff were able to give each table prompt service. Continental buffet selection is typical for the UK - cereals and breads, with just a small selection of fruit, but none of the cold meats, cheeses, salad bits etc you might find elsewhere in Europe. Cooked selection was also typical for the UK - bacon and sausage (with veggie alternatives for both), eggs in various forms, beans, mushrooms and hash browns. All cooked to order, so unlike the cooked buffets of old you don't end up with the last bit of bacon or fried egg that's been sat under the heat lamps for ages. Drinks-wise there's a coffee machine offering various styles, plus a variety of fruit juices. I didn't notice tea, but I'd assume that's also available. For a tenner per head, it's pretty good value compared to the price you'd pay elsewhere for a decent breakfast, and if you make it a three course affair with cereal, hot plate and then toast/croissants etc, you really can set yourself up til teatime.
