One of the nicest delis and bistro in town epecially in our area. Always presented immaculately, with tasteful décor and attractive window displays. Raouls offers variety and quality from olives to cakes and cold cuts , staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help and offer advise. I am very pleased to live just around the corner from their Maida Vale Clifton road branch giving a touch of flare to Clifton road!
Wonderful place, delicious food and the sweetest staff. To be honest I can't wait to go back :)
Delicious food, yummy desserts (we had the Strawberry Cheesecake), excellent service! A pleasure to visit Raoul's
Raoul's Cafe is definitely the place to come to for Sunday brunch! The cafe was so busy and full when we went there on this particular Sunday. We thought that we would be waiting a really long time for a table. So we were pleasantly surprised when we were
I love this place.
It's often difficult to find a restaurant that is willing to accommodate young children and all the noise that they bring with them. Raoul's makes a pleasant change to that. We were seated promptly and the waitress offered to keep our buggy where she could keep an eye on it.
The menu is pretty simple but care is taken with each plate and everything tasted great!
Across the road to Raouls deli and you can find all the ingredients needed to recreate your meal as well as some delicious cakes and deli offerings!
If you seek out conviviality, this is the place you should go to ! In the heart of Notting hill while quite hidden in a quiet street, this restaurant is one of the best one for week-end brunch! Mostly frequented by families of the surroundings, be prepared to eat near noisy kids. The food is well prepared and presented and you will find great value for the prices, which are affordable to everyone.

A great place to grab brunch on a weekend, Raoul's offers friendly service and a fine menu of club sandwiches, breakfast options and light lunches. Some options can get rather expensive without being worth their while - the steak options in particular - but most food around the £10 bracket represents good value for money and goes well with an americano and an orange juice. In particular the decor inside is exquisite - inside leather benches and mirrors add comfort and a sense of space, outside a series of tables on the veranda offer a great place to sit in the sun during the warmer seasons.
One of my favorite brunch spots. I used to live just around the corner and was happily ensconced in Raoul's for a breakfast with friends every weekend.
The eggs benedict is brilliant, I can never seem to pass it up, that being said the few times I was tempted to try something else, I was not disappointed. The Mezze Plate is great for sharing over lunch. In fact the pasta is pretty good too.
Raoul's Deli across the road is also great. The Salad boxes fed me practically every day for a year and I now occasionally trapse across London just for that little box of yummy.
The Maida Vale 'Raoul's Cafe' and 'Raoul's Deli' are the 'originals', run by the ominous Geraldine. They are institutions now and between the two, probably, single handedly, feed half Maida Vale. If you're not eating in the cafe you are going over the road to buy food from the deli and take it home. The eggs benedict with spinach is best at the cafe and the salad boxes at the deli are delicious. The ONLY thing that has started letting Raoul's down is the staff - they used to be wonderful - the sorts of people who remembered your name and what you liked. Now sadly they careless, slow, distracted and occasionally quite rude. As a local that has been coming here for a long time, it's a real pity. I walked in two days ago and it took the 4 people behind the till in the salad/veg/meat area 3 or 4 minutes to acknowledge me and take payment. They could see that I and several others were waiting! Very weird....
This place is a true local gem which has a very nice and unique feel, and a great selection of both externally supplied and made-on-the-spot products (Shish Raoul's might be my most favourite thing to eat in the world!). Been a regular customer here for 5.5 years and have always received excellent service, so very surprised to read reviews about unfriendly staff. I also find prices completely reasonable, if not low, for a shop of this kind. Hats off to Geraldine and her team and please keep doing what you're doing!
I saw nice elderflower drinks and "posh" ice cream. The store was tidy and organised. I was greatly impressed by the big slices of cake for £3 odd.
We are honoured to supply our Award-Winning Norfolk County Ice Cream to this excellent Delicatessen! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they stock a wide variety of products. Highly recommend.
The staff are soo lovely, highly recommend the pistachio rose cake so light and just melts in your mouth
Amazing spot for getting gourmet things in London. Always been served in the most polite and friendly way. And I'm surprised seeing ppl's bad comments like 'we've been coming here for years, everything was great, but one day sth not nice happened, so I'm giving a bad review'. Honestly, I think it's not fair, that's why writing this review :) The place is great and defo deserves 5 stars. We've been coming here for years also (especially for truffle chips, shish Raouls, desserts and french sausages). And the pricing is reasonable for the things here as well as the service. Thank you Raoul's team from one of your loyal customers.
Absolutely love both the deli and the cafe. I've been going there for over 15years and always find the staff very accommodating. I order a turmeric, lemon and ginger shot which is not on the menu but the staff are always willing to make it for me. The quality of the products is very good too.
We’ve been shopping at Raouls for a few years now and the quality of their products and service has always impresses us.
Is it the cheapest place to shop? Nope, but you get what you pay for. Our number one favourite is their artichokes which are absolutely delicious 🤤
Very nice place with good staff and extraordinary dishes. Salads and lasagna are spectacular. Very good choice of wines, cheeses and ice cream. Would highly recommend. Thanks to manager Wojtek and Filipa for professional and welcoming service. Chris
