Efficient service, can get quite busy around 3pm - but this is only an indication of popularity :) also, many of the servers know regular customers’ orders instinctively. Great attention to customer service.
A large, relaxing Nero. Great for discrete conversations. Be aware that it's right by Bank of America, so be aware for business convos!
Warm and cozy, friendly staff. I sat upstairs but couldn't find any power sockets for customers. There might be some available downstairs? (would be great if somebody can confirm this)

Really nice place for a quick drink. I walk to work from cannon Street to holborn. There is a Nero at the end of cannon Street which is always packed but this one is much quieter, more space and not that far away.

We stopped off here to wait for an optician's appointment in the City, as it was still early.
Classical music playing, great service, plenty of seating but beyond that, really good coffee in proper small cups not buckets. We had an almond croissant each and settled down to chat and people-watch out

Only thing I would note is that they don't appear to offer any discount for using a reusable cup which isn't as supportive of the practice as other coffee shop chains
Nice place, I like NERO cafes in general. Understaffed though. Employees are doing their best but they are not enough. Long queue and compromised quality.
