If im completely honest. Its F'ing Awesome!!! Best burger I've ever eaten, I'd rate it higher than FiveGuys, The Strawberry milkshake is great, smooth and really creamy. Oh and dont forget!!!! Crinkle Fries, who dosent love Crinkle fries!!!! Its really that good I went twice in 24hrs

And peanut butter shake was just heaven absolutely loved it,will come back with family and friends 5*

The best chicken burger i have had in london since i was craving for one since a long time. The cheesy fries were really tasted nice. Nice service.
First time going there today and the burger was one of best burgers i’ve ever had and the wait was very quick. The milkshake was also very nice and i was given a very acceptable amount of chips.
Had high expectations for this place and they weren't met. Really nice and complete hamburger but nothing special going on with the sauce. Tasty french fries, liked their unusual shape. Overall, pretty decent fast food meal if it wasn't so overpriced.

I have had a lot of burgers (probably more than I should!) at various venues around London but I keep going back to this Shake Shack repeatedly as it has never disappointed.
The meat patty itself is really tasty (I highly recommend a double Shackmeister - medium) and the cheesy chips are wonderful. It's a sloppy dirty burger that is oozing with flavour and juices and I find the balance of the ingredients just right. The chips are crinkle cut but executed really well - fluffy potato on the inside and a great crisp to the outside.
Last week when I went with my sister, my order was taken incorrectly and I was given a different burger to what I was expecting. I mentioned this at the till, fully expecting there to be a massive fuss over trying to replace my burger and pay the difference in cost all whilst my sister's food was getting cold. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that instead, they sorted me out with the burger that I wanted in a record amount of time, waived aside the difference in cost and insisted that I sit back down to enjoy my meal. In a world where I despair at the plummeting standards in customer service, this was such a refreshing change.
It is for the food and great service that I will continue to visit this branch of Shake Shack. The only constructive feedback that I would add is that I wish there was at least one IPA on the beer menu (there used to be some but I think they have all been removed).
Didn't expect a fast food chain to be good enough to enjoy a nice burger. The beef patty was tender, the fries were above my expectations, basically it was a nice place to enjoy a quick burger that wont make me regret the time that i invested in that place.
Although it's fast food chain, their burger was quite nice, I got the burger with fried portobello mushroom and it was juicy but a bit over fried, and what made them stand out more was their fries with their cheese sauce which was good!
Starting off as a humble little food cart in New York, Shake Shack has since spread across different countries and has been in London since 2013. Despite Shake Shack having humble beginnings, the burgers are certainly not humble!. We visited their second store in London, located inside Stratford’s Westfield shopping centre. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and most of the tables inside were taken up. But it’s not as busy as their flagship store in Covent Garden.
Shake Shacks ShackStack burger is one of my favourite burgers - at least of those that qualify as fast food. It's pretty consistent whichever branch you visit. This time I also tried the featured beverage - mango lemonade - so good I wish they'd make it permanent! But I feel that way about a lot of features Shake Stack menu items.
What makes this branch stand out to me are two things - atmosphere and customer service. Unlike its manic Covent Garden counterpart, the Stratford Shake Shack is relaxed with loads of seating. And even a ping pong table.
The staff are always really friendly and accommodating, but not in that OTT fake way, they genuinely seem like nice people. Special mention to Cori C who has served me a couple of times now - proper service with a smile. :)
We went to Shake Shack and burgers and milkshakes are two of my favourite things in the world.
Let's start with the food though the Burgers as you would expect are amazing I had a chicken burger served on a brioche bun which in my opinion is the best bun to serve a burger on was spectacular. The chips were so good with their cheese sauce too!
The milkshakes were again just amazing super thick but also really smooth.
Shake shack fits into this craze of posh fast food so it is pricier than average fast food but you get restaurant quality food so you expect to pay more.
The new venue at Westfield, Stratford are very modern and roomy with an outside area for when the sun is shining. You could always grab and go though and keep shopping!

Guess who got to sample some classic Shack favourites alongside some new and exclusive to Stratford menu items this afternoon?! Don’t hate the player, folks. In fact, don’t even hate the game. Just get over there starting tomorrow for some of East London’s best best burgers, hot dogs, crinkle cut fries, frozen custards …
Treats exclusive to the Stratford restaurant include a indulgent mix of big flavoured Americana with awesomely British enhancement:
• A SmokeShack burger featuring British free range Wiltshire cure smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers and ShackSauce (£7.25 for a single, £10.50 for a double);
• The ShackMiester Sausage hot dog with Sillfield Farm Cumberland pork sausage topped with cheese sauce and crispy ShackMiester Ale marinated shallots (£5);
• The Peanut Butter CrunchCrete with chocolate custard, St John Bakery chocolate hazelnut brownie, peanut butter sauce and chocolate toffee (£5 for a single, £7.50 for a double);

I loved grinding through a range of what’s on offer at the new Shack. I must confess though my preferred item is still the basic ShackBurger. But the ShackMeister sausage saw me gnawing more a few bites.

After trying out Shake Shack's burgers at their Covent Garden location during the Winter months, I was eager to try their custard at their new store, on a slightly warmer day.
Unfortunately they had run out of their weekly special custard flavour, so I went for vanilla, which a staff member assured me was excellent...and it was. The custard is thick and creamy, with a subtle flavour. Price wise you get plenty, and I definitely will be heading back...especially for the red velvet custard!
ETA: I have since been back to Shake Shack Stratford for burgers, and I can 100% say they are just as good as the Covent Garden location. These are by far my favourite American-style burgers in London right now.
Food was delicious, like a higher quality FiveGuys and for what it was (a lot of food) and being freshly made it gets 5 stars for food. 4 stars for service because the meals were outrageously expensive (£41 for two double patty burgers and chips with drinks). Where the atmosphere falls short is the tables and constant shouting of customer names to collect orders. As cool as the tables are (being recycled bowling lane wood) all the tables we tried to sit at were extremely sticky. This forced us to eat off our trays. Otherwise the kitchen and prep areas looked spotless.
I highly recommend the shroom burger (portobella mushroom). One of the best burgers i have had. When you enter the atmosphere is lovely. The food is quite expensive (around £15 for a burger and a side) but was delicious 😋. The service was long but the staff were welcoming.
Great to see a vegan patty option at Shake Shack! The mushroom burger as the only vegetarian option was the reason why I wasn’t a big fan of this chain. Now I can finally enjoy a great and tasty burger, just as good as the meaty ones.
The fries are also great. Unfortunately the lemonades are extremely sweet.

Yummy burgers, crispy fries, and one of the better thickshakes when compared to other fast food joints. Located opposite TkMaxx in Westfield mall with plenty of seats. The order number screen wasn't working, so I had to wait near the counter for the order. But apart from that, everything else was perfect.
Super tasty, everything was cooked just right! Super tender chicken bites, the burgers were soo juicy and the chips crispy. Couldn't ask for better
We went in to try out the new Chilly Crisp Chicken and I can say it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the unique taste of their chilly crisp seasoning was refreshingly different from the usual fried chicken burgers. Interestingly, the chilly chips cheese fries worked out much better than I thought they would. Hopefully these items are here to stay. Would recommend, would go again
Love a quick and easy grab and go place that have options for vegans and none vegans too. Wen we went there around 11:30 it was not too busy and the burgers are great. We did ordered more that we can handle so keep in mind that the portions may not look too bug they are filling. I had the CRISPY SHALLOT BURGER & fries, STRAWBERRY SALTED LIME LEMONADE and it was 👌👌👌👌👌
We had Shroom Burger, and it was the best vegetarian burger I ever had. So delicious cheesy. The stuffing is made up of large Mushroom and cheese and it makes everything taste so good.
The fries were okay for me. I would rate them like 3/5. We had cheesy French fries.

Went in at 11am for breakfast, so it’s not busy at all. Shake shack is always my favourite burger place, its burgers are the best in taste, and its fries are less oily than other fast food restaurants, I like it, this branch in Stratford is keeping up to its standard. I am sure I will come again.

Shake Shack has the best tasting burger of all the high end fast food burger joints!!
The seasoning is fantastic and the brioche bun is the perfect compliment to this wonderful cheeseburger.
My issue, and reason for Four stars and not five is two fold.
Firstly, Shake Shack is no. 1 for me, but the consistency just isn't there!
Many times the burger is perfect, but too often the bun is a little stale, or the burger is slightly over cooked, or just like my burger on Sunday night, there were crusty bits all over it, clearly an indication of a dirty burger plate which obviously had not been cleaned down before they cooked my burger on it. There is no excuse for this, sort it out staff!!
For the price you pay, you should expect to eat a clean burger in a fresh bun every time.
My second problem was that there were many staff members on my last visit, but only one team member serving, regardless of the fact that the queue was busy (around 13 people), and that just doesn't make sense to me. It's meant to be fast food!
Other than that, Shake Shack is still my favourite burger bar and hopefully in the future, each visit will be a five star experience with unmatched consistency!!
By the way, the frozen custard is pretty good too and if you order it with your burger, you can keep it on hold and collect it once you're ready for it, without rejoining the queue!!!

Great fast food. Had chicken shake, fries and bottled bear. The chicken burger is small, yet food is very tasty. Atmosphere is not a plus but nice all in all. Too pricy.
Never had a bad shake shack! If you're looking for something that's a bit more than your usual fast food joint then definitely head to your nearest shake shack! I do thin it's a little bit over priced for a burger and chips (costing up to £15 for a meal & drink) but the sodas are refillable for your whole stay and the food is so so so yummy! If you get a chance to try a milkshake then definitely do! They have booths and power points so you could even pitch up with a laptop and get some work done in one of their comfy booths! It's the perfect place for family, friends and solo eating!
