The Garrick Restaurant - London - Photo album

I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The waiters were warm and friendly. They looked after my wife and I who were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious. It had a home cooked feel to it, which added to the enjoyment. They have a good selection of reasonably priced wine. Overa
I've had better steaks in terms of meat quality. For the price you pay, you'd expect it to be on point but the steak was ok, precisely the rib eye. We had the fondue and scallops as starters and they tasted nice. As dessert, most of us had the chocolate fondant, it was rich but delicious! The staff
Very good French cuisine. The starters were rocking, the main dishes generic (Beef Bourguignon and Confit de Canard) and with very good taste. For dessert the chocolate fountain is recommended (heaven).
As a French native who grew up eating traditional French food, the food served at this restaurant has really pulled some nostalgic strings. The downstairs sitting area is extra romantic if you're looking for a date venue, but if you're just looking for a discrete, quiet, cozy and delicious lunch or
Had to write a review because my waitress was soooo lovely. I work in the service industry and I know just how challenging it can get, especially in such a busy part of town. Please give this lady a raise! Food was perfect, medium portion which was good enough for me, great flavour - for a central
It's a decent French bistro serving French classics like moules frites, pâté, foie gras, escargots, cassoulet, beef bourguignon, duck confit, roast chicken, and some fish dishes. The bread was cheap and dry. The duck confit wasn't the greatest. The roast chicken was good but the fries were on par wi
We met our friend Richard here for dinner. What a beautiful restaurant with cozy interiors, wonderful drinks, some of the best French food I have ever had. It was a wonderful evening. The service was exceptional from all, but a special thanks to Mathew, Angel, and Dimitri for making our evening so s
Loved this place. If you want a French restaurant with great prices, food, and service this is the place. We ordered the foie and the calamari as starter. Main was the moules te fries and the burger. And the dessert was the cheese table. Everything was perfect.
Had a lovely meal for my hubby birthday. All the staff were friendly. Food was so tasty. Will be going back.
The food was lovely I had the bavette and frites and my friend had moule frite The portion are good and the price are reasonable for the West End they have a good theatre menu we ordered form the normal menu the staff a very attractive it's was a really good experience I walk pass it millions of tim
Authentic comfort French food. The menu is not overcomplicated and a good selection. Buttery, oniony, overall delicious and simple.
Food was excellent but service was patchy. Beef bourguinon was tender and escargot was impressive. But apparently, the waiter that served the table was working reluctantly on the day we visited.
Had a great lunch here. Friendly service, their set meal is very worth it. The portions are generous - we had the moules frites and it came in a big pot! The only thing is that the cheese wasn't fully melted in the onion soup. We had the plat du jour which was rabbit stew - fab choice! All in all,
Bustling French bistro with good food just remember to book even if going early as popular pre theatre venue. If a couple try and get a table upstairs as cane feel a bit squashed downstairs but if 4 or more the fun alcove like booth tables.
We had a very nice meal with excellent food and a nice waitress. However, when we left and said goodbye to the staff at the bar (about 5-6 people) they each responded saying goodbye about 5 times each, gradually getting louder, in a condescending, obnoxious and rude manner. I would recommend this r
A restaurant the screams "Romantic Date night" with it's ambiance, food and the overall feeling of the restaurant. We were there for a freinds dinner but had a grand time. Had a pre ordered set of Patte with bread, beef steak and muscles to share, lemon cheesecake and chocolate and cocktails. Fresh
Went for dinner. The staff was absolutely lovely, the venue very cosy and romantic. Our food was flavourful and enough for one person. Definitely recommend this place.
Fantastic restaurant. Visited for the first time recently and will certainly be returning. Felt as though I was in France with the setting and french waiters. Boeuf bourguignon and le Garrick burger (with added Emmental) were amazing. Waiter was very pleased when we had a chat in french - so if you
