Ive recently been exploring the world of South London, so I went to this pub after a recommendation. The structure of the room is a bit strange so it feels like it has many different rooms but when you think about it it's just one with lots of twists and turns.
There is a lot of space and a pool table at the back, as well as couches and screens to watch the football. For me the general feel was more of an old man pub but because of the area it attracts all ages.
The beer was ok and there was a decent selection, however they did forget that my friend had ordered chips so half an hour later we went and asked. They apologised and 10 minutes later there were chips!
Personally I wouldn't go back to this place, and I don't think that it's a place you have to go out of your way to go to, however as it's very close to my friend's house I might have to go back simply because it's convenient.
Great food, great prices - try on a Friday for live music and a really good atmosphere
Great pub.. Legendary burgers, home made from mince, as far as I can tell! Food served in the evenings during the week, and at lunchtimes at the weekend. Proper roasts on Sunday, with veggie options. A much better option than the bars on Clapham High Street
Great pub away from the high street in clapham north. Ideal for watching sport with numerous screens inside and a good selection of beers including some nice ales (Doombar & Adnams). There is also a cracking beer garden with a couple of screens that has a slight European courtyard feel to it. The pub is pretty good too. Standard pub fair, but reasonable good. £10 burger that I couldn't complain about other that it was a bit over done. The garnish and skin on, hand cut chips were decent. A potential world cup venue for any football fans out there!
Perfect sized garden out the back with covered area too. Really good burgers here - surprisingly good for a pub, the chicken was moist with a yummy batter and the sweet potato fries were perfect.
Got a whole roast chicken for £40, one of the best pub roasts I’ve had and it fed our family of 5!
Nice pub with nice beer garden. A lot of place to sit down.
Grand Atmosphere. Everyone must visit this place once in their life. Don't forget to use their clock room service. So many bar sitting with live music on the centre. Very Efficient service. Don't bother to go in your shorts and Tshirt.
Sunday roast at the Landor, great value and decent roast. Had the pork and chicken, the Yorkshire was huge!
Selection of beers as well, and a garden out back.
I found this place through a friend, staff were exceptional and kind, especially Yasmine and Becky who provided an amazing service. I will definitely come back again with my friends!
Great service from a host of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of popular and local craft Ice cold beers & ciders, including well conditioned cask ales. fantastic food menu updated seasonally. As it was summer time we sat in the massive garden and had lamb kofas, prawns and delicious chicken wings fresh off the Bbq washed down with pints of Pravha
The Landor serves the perfect Sunday roast!!! The food is super delicious and well presented! Also, the atmosphere is relaxed and makes your Sunday the perfect day!
Great pub with loads of space to sit and a huge garden area with covered, heated areas. The food looks good and the bar staff are pretty good though not massively friendly or bothered about their customers. I asked a couple of questions I needed to know and they weren't rude or anything but they were pretty disinterested. Other than that it seems like a nice crowd and it's a good place for a pint and a burger plus they have live shows and quizzes etc.
Good atmosphere and large back garden. Staff friendly. Hummus was homemade and bread was fresh.
Great for roast, beer garden and plenty of live sports screens. Staff is very kind professional.
