When you don’t want the guilt of ice cream, have a Snog! Frozen yogurt at it’s best with an amazing variety of hot, cold, sweet and fruity toppings! Choose your yogurt flavour and add the toppings and you’re good to go! An all time favourite
Ice create? Snog? Made with yogurt. I tasted it's sooo good. Why not try some new flavours and enjoy your time in a cosy seating. Perfect creme. Perfect place
Ordered the chocolate vanilla swirl with chocolate curls and caramel topping. Ordered the small version. You can ask for more than one flavour whichever the size of cup. Note there is an additional charge for each topping.
It's an interesting alternative to ice-cream. Not as sweet, but rather with a sour touch of yoghurt, with wide range of options to choose from to basically make one's own.
I choice the classic size, and I had trouble eating it all ;) Granted, it was after a nice lunch, but it would seem the size is decent to satisfy one's appetite.
I tried the salted caramel froyo topped with brownies, mangoes, and caramel. It came with a limited edition pink snog spoon:) The toppings were superb. I was expecting more from the taste of the froyo though
Snog was my first ever experience of frozen yoghurt and it definitely didn't disappoint.
We went to the one at White City and although there was a queue we didn't have to wait long at all. The staff was friendly and were able to give me some suggestions when they found out it was my first time. As I like fruity and sweet things I ended up going for passion fruit yoghurt, strawberry sauce topped with marshmallows and white chocolate stars. It was delicious! They do have a wide range of yoghurt, sauces and toppings though so I will definitely be back to try another combination.
You can either take your yoghurt to go if you want to wander round the shops or they have a small seating area next to the counter. We decided to sit in and watch all of the people go about their day as it’s a great people watching spot.
One of the best frozen yoghurt places I've come across (after Pinkberry)! Since discovering it on my first visit to Westfield, I can no longer go there without having a Snog. There are different sizes and types to choose from, with a range of different topping and flavours available - the staff are always willing to help you choose. Snog usually offers 4/5 different flavours according to the season (I wish they did Mango every season :( it's my fave!). Price also ranges according to the size but I would agree that it is a bit overpriced compared to other frozen yoghurt brands.
Overall, with it's healthy factor it really is a guilty free Snog!
If you’re craving a sweet dessert but feel too guilty to have one, then Snog is the best place to go. It is my favourite dessert place. It is a frozen yoghurt bar placed in the middle of the Westfield shopping mall. It is a healthy alternative to creamy ice cream and in my opinion better, with less calories and guilt.
You have three sizes to choose from, small, medium and large, as well as a variety of flavours to choose from. My personal favourite is the plain yoghurt and mango flavoured yoghurt. The great thing about Snog is that you can ask for testers to help yourself pick the flavour you want. The staff are extremely kind and always willing to help. You can then top it up with a variety of fruits or chocolate brownie chunks/Oreos/nuts. I usually go for strawberries, raspberries and passion fruit. Lush!
The frozen yoghurt is sold at an affordable price.
If you feel like taking a break from shopping, then I would recommend you to pay Snog a visit. It’s almost become a part of my shopping trip. If I don’t have Snog, I feel like my shopping spree is left incomplete.
Awesome place to have frozen yogurts. Lot of variety. The quality is good. Should not miss it.
I'm shocked to see the ratings for this place not so high! I truly love snog and it's literally the first place I head to as soon as I touch down London. Favorite frozen yogurt. The best mix is the original flavour and topped with granola tastes absolutely delicious.
Amazing pistachio frozen yogurt. Expected a sweet taste but it was creamy and nutty. Fruits were very crunchy and tasted fresh. Impressed as usually try the other frozen yogurt near primark, but this one tastes much better and has fruit that is more fresh - pricer however.
Service was professional and attentive.
Had the little one with toppings (fresh fruit and other nutty / chocolatey delights) and that is big enough in size for an adult - tasty flavours - they do a coconut dairy free which is nice. The chocolate with hazelnut was delicious too.
I’m a regular fan of Snog but i have recently discovered their pomegranate açai flavour and it was delicious! They offer a wide range of toppings and their staff are always helpful and friendly.
I’m giving it a 5 for the flavor but the customer service is slow. I saw one of the workers go through the garbage with her hands then go back to work. Seems like they don’t want to work if you ask them a question, sort of annoying.
It's pretty nice and tasty. The people who served me were okay and quick. It's quite average really! But hey, frozen yoghurt right?
Went here today for the first time. Very yummy! I had a small one which was around 4 quid. I had salted caramel and a mango. They were both delicious. I asked to sample the pistachio which was fab! I had no toppings, didn't want the calories. This stuff is lush. It is very low fat and low sugar and low calorie. Good! I took a photo but I had already eaten some! Recommended.
Really tasty natural ingredients and taste, I had pomegranate with Akai and mango really good the fruit was also good mango was not fully ripe but still good, not cheap but it's quite healthy for a treat and really tasty.
staff are very polite and helpful you can also try every flavour.
Tastes like ice cream without the calories. Unfortunately, they mixed the orders up, but they fixed it. Not sure why you would order a "healthy" type of ice cream, and then dump a bunch of toppings on it. They really needed more flavours.
Great refreshment in the middle of the ground floor shopping centre. In front of Superdry. I am a big fan of this delight and indulging myself with this treat every time I come into White City. They have various tempting flavours, which also gets updates. My favourite is peanut butter at the moment. They also offering to top up your treat with selection of fruit pieces or berries. There is a range of tables behind the counter, which are always clean. You can also ask for mini tasters, in case you stuck between the flavours!

I never used to buy this as I thought it was too over priced. However I had the original flavour and can't help going back for more. I like the Westfield venue as there is somewhere to sit and eat and it feels more of an experience. I'd probably avoid a snog where there is no seating. Still a tad expensive on my eyes, but yummy.
Nice frozen yogurt but didn't have chocolate or pistachio flavours when we visited them.
A bit pricey but because it's Westfield!
I’ve always loved snog. I’ve been going here since they first launched in London. Staff are a bit dozy and a lot of the time flavours are unavailable due to machines not working!
Very popular place. Fat free yogurt tastes good. Flavours are limited but toppings make up for that. A bit overpriced.
