Today I visited here for the first time and watched how kind and generous the lady of the cafe was to three young teenagers. It warmed my heart how she was so welcoming and lovely, it felt like such a family atmosphere! I would love to see places that treat their customers like this thrive more. The

So happy this cafe reopened finally! It was my dream to take my baby here for a coffee before lockdown. Lots of space to fit pram and the staffs are really friendly. Staff were friendly and very smiley. Lovely fresh lillies on tables. Ordered one scone to share between the two of us which was perfect as it was a very generous size! Very tasty and nice relaxed atmosphere. Very convenient location!
Everything is good about this restaurant except for 2 things: 1- confusion about wether to order at the table or at service counter. 2- delay in taking order although it was almost empty.

Lovely ambience and great pain au chocolat. During our visit the staff dealt very graciously with a rude and demanding customer complaining about her boiled egg.

This is literally one of the best cafes in Hampstead! The service is amazing, the food is delicious. Whenever I need a place to spend the morning in its my first choice! (plus they always let me use the bathroom even when I am not a customer!! they are just the kindest!)
