This is a fairly standard branch of Caffe Nero. That is excellent place to have some coffee, and other Italian inspired drinks & food. I've always preferred the decor of Caffe Nero compared to the other coffee chains and this branch of Caffe Nero is no exception. There's a mix of seating, including
Coffee is average but Nero please employee people who doesn’t make me feel like a burden on them, it’s not that hard sack the ones that do not want to work and bring in people who don’t make customers feel bad for ordering something
I do love this place. The staff, nice. Music, nice. Food and drink, nice. Wifi, nice!!! Perfect for a student like me to work on dissertation. Their peach black tea does not have sugar at all which makes it my favourite summer drink!
Came here on Sunday 5/3/23 and was served by a wonderfully welcoming and friendly barista. It is rare these days to get such good service and it was a real treat. Coffee also delicious and freshly baked pastries. What more could one want to start a Sunday Morning?

The place has some comfortable seatings, the staff is courteous and welcoming, and breakfast food is decent. It’s a great place if you need a cozy place to rest in busy Holborn.

This is a very clean Nero (don't ask me but some Nero's tend to have bug problems!) Plenty of space in front, and there is space in the back.
If you're by Holborn station looking for a place to sit and chill, this is the spot. There's literally nowhere else with the "quiet coffeeshop vibe".
Cosy, warm and pleasant. Good and attentive service with plenty of seats upstairs.
