Great bakery with very nice coffee. The service was excellent. The gentlemen that served me was funny and helpful. He recommended the cinnamon social(£3.95) so I ordered two. It was so tasty and not too sweet. I got a latte (£3.45) and it was pretty good. Other people in the group got a flat white (£3.25) and two iced mocha’s (£3.95) and all had good reviews. I tried the ice mocha and was pleasantly surprised at the perfect balance of coffee and cocoa. It wasn’t too sweet, just right. The best compliment was from the baby in the group. She ate a whole raisin bun and she is about to turn one. It was given to her in little pieces off course and she loved it.
Perfect coffee and a nice place to sit down and doing some work, reading or chatting with friends.
However the thing that made me write this review today is the unique and incredible team they have specially Ahmed and Asmahan.

Ole&Steen in Westfield White City is the best! The staff are so friendly, especially Emine and David who always go out of their way to remember my order. The customer service is outstanding and I always feel so welcome. The coffee is always made to perfection and will always be my first choice, not to mention the best pastries I’ve ever had! 5 stars every day ⭐️
A nice place to enjoy coffee and some tasty pastries. Comfortable chairs with a mix of high, low and in between tables to suit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the bread but it looks good.
Westfields is so big I felt like I had no energy left so needed a little energy perk. I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk which was lovely and I had this I belive a spandauer it was a potatoe and I think spinach one. It was nice but I was surprised it was stone cold it would have tasted lot better if it was at least warm. So that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise lovely location with nice seating area, people even were working on their laptops so it's a nice spot to spend good few hours there if you needed a space to get away! Would love to taste something sweet next time!

I have been a regular customer at Ole&Steen in Westfield for 6 years and it were standard visits up until my most recent walk in where I met the most lovely staff member Emine. She took my order with such a smile that made me feel happy, great customer service considering it was busy. Thank for the lovely cheering chat Emine keep it up ! 🥰

The workers are very kind, Ahmed and David are very kind as they are very friendly, kind, polite, and welcoming. I really enjoy coming there, and I really enjoy there foods. Maria is also very kind, and welcoming. This place deserves 5 stars!
Wonderful location, great staff and amazing baked goods. Mary, who helped us in the bakery, was incredibly warm, amazingly knowledgeable and is the epitome of delivering customer delight. Be it the sourdough bread, the rye or the cinnamon roll, the food tastes impeccable and takes me back to the delightful experience at the bakery floor that makes this visit a memorable one. Highly recommend this location….and say hello to the wonderful staff
I visited on Saturday as they were preparing to close - the service I got was so friendly and helpful ! The best service by far from Nawal! ❤️❤️❤️ She didn’t rush me but instead happily told me about the cakes and cookies - I initially wanted just one cake but ended up with several things as I wasn’t rushed to decide but given all the information about their products. All the other staff were also lovely - genuinely a store I would happily visit regularly for the environment and the amazing cakes 🤤! Even though I have a subscription with another coffee chain I happily paid for the superior coffee here! Even tried some new cakes which I’m obsessed with!!! #raspberrytart😍 nothing left to take a pic of except the cookies 🤦🏼♀️ they’ll be gone soon too
The place I recently visited was a cozy cafe in the heart of Westfield. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was charming and with just the right amount of character.
