Cool place to have a quick bite. You order at the counter and then take your food to your table. There’s limited seating on the main floor. They have additional tables in the basement but of course there’s no window there.
The food was good and helped increase my daughter’s love for burritos. 😁

As always tortilla is tasty fast food. Don’t usually like to leave genuine reviews for bigger chains but this branch are doing a great job. The (I think) manager is lovely and friendly going above and beyond. Makes the experience lovely (a lot nicer than greenwich). Seems like a nice work environmen
This was a lovely restaurant with really friendly staff. They were great at helping us make menu choices, which can be tricky when you’re with kids. Of course, you can make each meal just the way you like it and there are fab drink choices.

I had a fantastic experience at Tortilla! The veggie burrito I ordered was delicious. The combination of fresh vegetables and savory flavors was truly satisfying. What made the experience even better was the lovely staff (Shout out to Tim, Sid & Pete)!!! I'll definitely be coming back for more tasty

Unfortunately they do not accept cash which explains why the place is empty.
I was already a fan of this chain and the Southwark branch is no exception. Speedy service, delicious food, fairly priced and something different to the other fast casual chains. Really good experience here and as it’s the one closest to my new job I will be back many times lol.

I ordered online from a different branch of Tortilla for both me and my teenager daughter and felt disappointed with the order. I have visited the Southwark branch on many occasions and promised my daughter to take her there to make it up to her. We were not disappointed. We both had a naked burrito
