It was nice and quite, less crowded, my first time at that dessert place, the service was okay but could've been better, as we was not told to go up to the tills and order there when the lady came and gave us the menu, she just left the menus on the table and walked away, we didn't know they had it different, compared to other places but other than that everything else was fine
Creams Cafe is one of the best place when it comes to ice creams, despite the freezing weather today I couldn’t resist the urge to have my favourite chocoholic. Creams cafe is a nice place with excellent customer service, reasonable price…I’m a big fan of creams cafe and would always pop in.
Oh my god! I loveee this place. I can visit over and over without even thinking. I love sweets and desserts. The place looks tempting from the outside itself. The menu is another temptation. Everytime I visit I feel like having a bite of everything available at the joint. They are well organised, they have good seating and smiling and talented staff.
The crepes are amazing U can chose from the menu or even prepare your own. They also serve a variety is dessert sundae combinations with fresh fruit, cream and confectionery.
They offer a student discount and are quite reasonable. For all the sweet lovers rush to creams as soon as possible.
Customer service was okay.. but it was busy today. Cookie dough is always nice! Never disappoints. Waffles are also nice, was disappointed with the luxury Belgian hot chocolate. Toilet wasn’t so clean but again it was a busy day!
Ferrero Rocher milkshake ordered through Uber Eats. Tasted good! 🤤 Haven't been in store yet or tried other items, so can't comment on that. 😊

A superb branch of this chain, Creams is a dessert shop with a plethora of ice cream, waffle, crepe and cookie dough choices.
What made this one stand out was the service, which was exemplary. Superb waiting and serving staff, with excellent recommendations. Our food appeared 2 minutes after we ordered it, including piping hot cookie dough.
Honestly over exceeded our expectations and rescued a bad meal we'd had just before elsewhere.
Apparently the winter waffle is amazing but wasn't yet available on our visit.
Definitely be back!

My friends and I go to creams every so often, the waffles and crepes are really nice! I wouldn't recommend cookie dough as it was too sweet and hard for my liking
Ordered online and it was amazing! We are so pleased. We had a waffle and crepe and they arrived fast and were still warm and the ice-cream hadn't melted! Incredibly pleased. Definitely worth the price as the portions were big.
Manager is lovely and staff are very polite. The Crepes are yummy 😋 UPDATE 01.09.22: Visited again after a very long time, for my boys early birthday ice-cream treat. Thumbs up from him. Once again, excellent service and brilliant staff. Thank you for such great service.
Milkshake is terrible, watery, chunks at the button, not mix properly & no flavour 😝
I gave them another chance (10/06/17) and I've got to say it was much better, it was busy but we didn't have to wait long sat down and our milkshakes and ice cream came within 5 minutes I give them four stars really good improvement.
Been here a few times more recently since lockdown and it’s been a good experience despite the new COVID 19 measurements. I just don’t know how I can drink a milkshake with a paper straw!
