I live in the area and this cafe is an absolute gem. I can guarantee that they have the BEST chocolate chip cookies in London. The coffee and toasties are also delicious. The service has always been lovely and I cannot recommend it enough!
Very true to their name, the bakery items are quite sweet and indulgent. The cupcakes get sold out rather quickly over the weekend. Service is great!
Honestly shocked that they have such a low rating. Their cinnamon bun’s probably the best I’ve had in London and is great value for money. Their beef pastrami toastie is sooo good too, a great local to have.
I must admit I had one of the best baked croissant here! And even though the place was quite busy they delivered it and the coffee super fast.

I make a special trip with my kids every week to Sweet Things for a treat. They serve the best cookies and cakes. The owner is so friendly and always remembers us.

It is very very difficult to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
We human are, by nature, inconsistent.
So efficiency and happiness is not easy to delivery every time you serve a customer in a cafe, restaurant or shop.

What a welcome place. Today I was served a sandwich that reminded me of my mother's food. There was a tall slim member of staff with the most beautiful smile that welcomed us and made us feel good. Well done. I recommend this place.
