This is an authentic Northern Vietnamese family-owned restaurant, which is quite rare in London. The location is not too far from Madame Tussaud and next to a small grocery shop. The food we ordered was great!! I personally don't enjoy dining in here (the customer service, the noise in the kitchen, the layout, the light setting, the decoration, the cutlery need A LOT of improvement if they want to keep charging this price) but if you want to taste real Vietnamese Pho, Bun thit nuong (grilled pork noodles) , order on or takeaway is the way to go!! Each dish is about 14~15£.

Haden't been here since the pandemic. Glad to see that the quality of their food and service remains top-notch. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in London. Loads of menu options. So near to Marylebone and Baker Street stations. Full points.

I thought this place was excellent. We had tofu fresh rolls, chicken salad, tofu pho and spicy rare beef soup. Very fresh and refreshing, this place is an antidote to oily starchy British food. Also great for take away.

Came here with a group of friends. The menu had a lot of choice and was really tasty. Drinks and food came quickly and when we needed to pay, she was very attentive, remember each item we ordered and had a separate receipt for each of us to save us looking at the menu and working out what each of us have. Would definitely recommend and come again as there’s a lot of choice and the food tasted very fresh and home cooked. Thank you Nep Nep :)

Delicious traditional Vietnamese food. The summer rolls were pretty good, but the highlight was the beef pho which was rich and savoury, and the serve was a really good portion. Would like to try their bun in summer. It’s slightly expensive, but then it’s Marylebone so you have to expect that. They only have one dessert - fried ice cream - so head up the road to Heavenly Dessert if you want a bigger selection.

Great place. Loads of mediocre ones nearby. Fresh food. Lovely flavours. Cheap. Summer rolls excellent

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Staffs were all very friendly and service was very good. Their salt and pepper chicken wings were delicious and finished so fast that I forgot to take a picture of it. The Bun bo hue was full of flavours and spicy. A very satisfying meal!

Probably the tastiest Vietnamese food in London. Definitetively recommend the Bang Cuon (made fresh on order!). Have some vegan gluten free options

Amazing food! We had Nep Nep Special Pho and Garlic Pho. Portions are huge! And Prawn steamed rice rolls with pork sausage. Service was nice as well.

Pho was clear and full of flavour also staff were attentive. Disappointingly they only have a chicken and beef mixed broth, So I had to opt for the vegetable broth. £12.50 pho ga (chicken pho) with vegetable broth

Love this place. Best pho since I lived in Vancouver. Can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner here. The food (we tried the crab packs, spring rolls, seafood pho, and papaya salad) was top notch. I certainly do not recognise the claims of inattentive or rude service. The servers were extremely friendly to us; if anything they were a bit too attentive, by bringing our main dishes to the table before we had finished the starters.

Brilliant vietnamese restaurant, I visited twice in the last week. It's vegetarian friendly and the salt and pepper squid (not pictured) are to die for! On my first visit I had the tofu summer rolls and really enjoyed the combination of deep-fried tofu and pickled carrots. I've never had the chance to try a meatless pho broth before and the tofu and vegetarian pho (apple and veggie broth) had surprisingly incredible flavour. For my next visit, I had the salt and pepper squid which which look like wagama's but better seasoned and has a lovely crispy batter. This arrived on a bed of salad with a tasty lemon dressing -this level of attention-to-detail is rare in london vietnamese restaurants might I add. The entire dish was of course, gobbled it up in less than 30 seconds. My vegetarian stir-fried flat noodles arrived in a generously-sized portion and my boyfriend had the rare beef pho which was rich but tasted very much homemade. The staff were very attentive on both visits and apologised repeatedly about our starters arriving late, which we didn't mind as it was a Saturday evening after all. We are planning our next trip to try out the salads on offer (and re-ordering the squid for sure). Defo recommend if you're passing through the area or by Marylebone station.

Food is fine, but the price is a little bit above expectation.
