It was quiet. I could sit down there was space, the baristas were friendly and helpful. I got the order I wanted. I had a delicious cheese and bean toasty with a popcorn frappé and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely go back soon. I didn't have the presence of mine to add photos up this point but I will the next time I visit.
Recently renovated so that they have some standup chairs by the window - perfect.
Coffee is as good as ever. Love that soya milk is free.
Very friendly staff. I do not drink a lot of coffee but today I felt like need one. Walked in and the staff made my day. Both of the gentlemen on duty we super friendly and nice. They served everyone a coffee with a smile and it made my Day. Keep it up guys! Friendly atmosphere and 5* customer service definitely makes me want to come back.

Came here on my birthday to redeem my bday cake voucher, and the staff were super friendly! They wished me a happy birthday too which is always nice, and my coffee and cake were as good as expected!

I LOVE this store. The members of staff there are exceptional! Not only they are super friendly, but if you're also kind to them, they remember excactly what you order which makes things even better. It's the only Costa in the area that I go to basically for the staff only! :) Keep up the amazing job!

Went with a friend. I got a Mango cooler lovely consistency lots of ice on a nice summer day so much better than other similar places with coolers/smoothies.

Firstly, Costa Coffee is far better and cheaper than Starbucks! I will always rate Costa Coffee higher than Starbucks! I've been a regular customer of this Costa Coffee branch for a while now and I have always been impressed. The customer service is outstanding! I was served by the guy with braids and he was amazing! He was very friendly and caring! I don't know his name or I would have definitely mentioned him. Honestly, he deserves a pay rise for his brilliant customer service! The branch was clean, well organised and tidy. It smelt fresh and had a calming, relaxing atmosphere. Very cooling to sit in particularly on a hot day. Brilliant music played throughout the day. However, my order was a takeout. I highly recommend that you try the Fruit Coolers and the Golden Caramel Frostino (Absolutely delicious and limited edition). The branch is well stocked with a great range of desserts and lunch options. However, I really wish they could stock the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake that Costa Coffee do! I'm still longing to try that! The branch is conveniently located in between Aldgate and Aldgate East Stations and has always been my go to Costa Coffee branch! You can also order from here on Uber Eats and Deliveroo which is a great added convenience. Overall, a brilliant Costa Coffee branch I strongly recommend you order from here!

Branch of the well-known chain serving quality coffee and teas as well as snacks to have in or take out.
I was impressed with this branch. Despite being fairly busy the queue moved quickly and service was polite and friendly. The coffee was made well, with care and attention which isn't always the case. I had a muffin which was fresh and tasty. The tables were clean as were the other aspects of the shop.
The one thing I would flag are the toilets: they were clean but once inside it's necessary to unlock them using the door handle as well as a secondary lock which is much higher up the door. I doubt anyone in a wheelchair or an unaccompanied child for example would ever reach it, so not what I would class as accessible by any means.
