As always - amazing coffee made properly and great service with the smile despite them being super busy. The girl who was making coffee was soooo efficient , doing several things at the same time. The level of training is outstanding. Well done!

This Costa has a nice atmosphere and the music is relaxing and plays at the right volume. I was served very quickly and the female assistant was bright and cheerful. The shape of this Costa is square but it feels spacious. They have a good selection of cakes and everything is laid out well at the counter. They have some comfortable seats around the shop too, all of them are padded.
The only slight problems I had was that the Americano I ordered was slightly less hot than normal, but not so bad that I needed to ask for another one, and an assistant left the front door open when she collected the chairs from outside and it felt cold. However I think she had to leave them open to make life easier for her.
We are regular visitors to Costa, and this one in particular. Food and drinks are always excellent; the staff are friendly and the cafe has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The only bad comment is the toilet! It nearly always smells disgusting! Separate toilets for male and female customers would much better! This is the only reason why I haven't given 5 stars.
Typical large Costa. Coffee by and large is great but service can be a little slow when busy. Only ONE toilet so lose a star for that. Otherwise good and much better than the nearby Starbucks. The manager guy with the glasses gives great customer service 👍
This Costa is a nice airy one. It has the usual things on offer and plenty of good soft seating. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is good. They don't try and clear your cup away when you're taking your last sip of tea (unlike Caffe Nero @ Oxo Tower). In short, a nice place to enjoy a cuppa in peace 😁
Amazing service, my go to place for great coffee! I come here often and the staff always have a smile ready for everyone. Special thanks to Veronica for always remembering my usual order, makes you feel right at home
The coffee is great, the staff are friendly and efficient. It has a toilet for customers, which is always clean. Its cosy and warm. There are sockets available for charging phone or using a laptop. The only problem is that it gets very busy.
Genuinely the nicest Costa I have been to. The staff were friendly and relaxed, and made an effort to create good looking drinks. My normal experience of costa consists of the barista boredly shaking some chocolate through a template, so they really surpassed themselves.
Atmosphere was nice and not too busy.
I come in here for my daily ritual of an iced coconut latte. Staff are always upbeat, quick to serve (even in busier days) and the coffee here always seems that bit better than other many branches I’ve ordered from.
