When I don't need a superstrong caffeine boost and there's no independent coffee shop in sight, then Paul is one of my go-to options.
It's good coffee, excellent pastries and fast service.
This particular outlet has quite a narrow entry, which makes it cramped if there's a crowd, but they have a lovely comfortable seating space at the back.
Service is quick and cheerful, which makes it the perfect place for my caffeine fix when I'm in this part of town.
This is a quiet little sandwich shop and bakery down the street and away from the crowds around Harrods. The prices are very reasonable, and my chicken sandwich was great.
Staff are friendly, a good selection of cakes. I was brought here by friends. Generally nice atmosphere and very close to Harrods.
One thing l will point out.. Please... Please do something about your toilet, it let's down the experience. In all l enjoyed being here with friends.
Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, such a nice place to while away a rainy afternoon indoors with friends.
Pleasant lunch spot. Nice sandwiches and pastries at much better prices than Harrods across the road. Seated dining at the back a bit tight but cosy. Pairs and singles monopolising tables for 4 doesn’t help.
Very friendly and welcoming team .
The food is always very freshly made and the coffee is delicious. Massive well done !
First time consumer. The staff was friendly. Nice coffee and exceptionally good pain au chocolat
First time here and the bread for the sandwiches was so good, coffee was nice too, plenty of seating with a really relaxed feel
Very nice but quite chewy baguettes here with a good choice of fillings. Chocolate doughnuts are very good too.
Consistently good quality and service. Love Beignet Chocolate and Coffee. Hot chocolate is amazing
Planning to walk around Hyde park, we found hungry but it seems all foods are super expensive in this area. We tried this shop because there are already many pret a manger sandwich and mcDonald in Hong Kong and this is a good choice for our budget. The hot bean soup is pretty good and the sandwich is beyond expectation. I like the blue cheese! However, the seats and floor are not clean and tidy enough. To be remarked, the price of dine-in is a bit higher than take-away.
This is classic coffee shop, very nice croissant and coffee. It is my first time here and I will come again for sure.
I would like to give five stars, but having never been to this Paul eatery before it felt somewhat run down for it's location. The staff were friendly and the food was very good even though it was near closing time. If it was cheaper i would be enjoying it everyday 😋
