Good menu, good service!
One of my all time go to sushi place, i love the options and variety they have, i love sushi, this place use to mostly be my go to lunch place in Soho.
Landed up here just on my first day in London to have a quick hot meal with a friend. This Japanese chain offers fresh sushi, veggies, rice, and noodles. They have eat in and take away as well. They have a decent range of veggie options and everything tastes fresh and the staff is helpful and nice to newcomers like me:-). There is some cafeteria-style seating but it's best for a quick takeaway if, in rush, limited seating is available

We tried Itsu in soho back when we visited London last year. It’s the best way to have fast sushi, fresh and ready to be served (either in-house or takeaway). The display is an open fridge filled with all kinds of fresh sushi, edamame, salads and appetizers. U can even have portions of soy sauce, ginger and wasabi to go.
The procedure is simple: you pick a tray- choose your sushi- your add-ons (soy,wasabi,etc...) and you pay at the counter. Pick a seat and enjoy the food!
We’ve selected a few different sushi pieces to give it a try. It was YUM!
I recommend it especially if you want to have a quick bite.
•Loved the concept• amazing sushi on the go!
••• Ready to eat Japanese food, very fresh and appealing!
••• Their chicken tai is a must try!

This was my first encounter with the Japanese in London!! It's kinda of eat and go place in Soho London. They have a variety of soups, noodles, other mix and matches. I had ordered for a detox noodles soup. The taste was nice, the experience of eating the noodles soup with chopsticks was just awesome. I am a rookie when it comes to eating with chopsticks, it was fun finding the tofu and the noddles with the sticks. The service is fast and quick so it's highly recommended if you are in a hurry!! They serve asahi beer 🍻 but no Corona:(
Itsu is usually my preferred choice of fast food sushi when i dont have time. The price range is good and definitely would recommend for going to the sushi bar at walton street for an even better experience.
A quick lunch meant I had to look for something not too elaborate. Had not had sushi for sometime, so decided to pop into the next door Itsu outlet.
Buzzing with people at lunch hour, but yet quick moving queues. Decided to try the Salmon and Salmon ( 3 pieces of salmon sushi and 4 pieces of salmon and avocado maki rolls). They even have a tiny bottle of soy sauce tucked in neatly.
Both the sushi and maki rolls were tasty and just the right quantity to keep me going till my next "food-o-clock" 😉. For just around £4 it wasn't a bad deal at all
Salmon Teriyaki: £3.99 | Thought I'd start with something different and refeshing today. I am definitely not a sushi fan and avoid going to sushi places but as Itsu is minutes away from my university, I thought I'd check it out. After a very long time of should I or shouldn't I, I went for the salmon teriyaki. It was SO good! I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. I don't really like soy sauce and so didn't mix it in. The salmon was perfectly sweet and mixed in with the beans and rice, it was just superb! If you're looking for something different to try, I would definitely recommend it! FYI- Itsu does not serve halal meat/chicken. Foodie.007 x
As a person visiting London Itsu was an amazing find for me! My mother knows that I'm a health nut and also love anything Japanese so she took me to Itsu. What an amazing eating experience! Clearly London loves Itsu because it was super busy at lunch time but their service was quick and efficient. When I visit London again I will definitely eat more Itsu!
Good place for a quick lunch. All food is freshly prepared and served. I just tried and deff. liked the new taste Chicken Jaipur noodle soup.
Itsu's focus is on a healthy and affordable Japanese menu that mostly caters to university and working professionals at lunch. I had the Thai chicken rice potsu, which was decent. Not something to rave about but it was filling and did the job.
The sushi is good, however not the largest selection to pick from. It is similar sushi to Wasabi, which is another chain of Japanese food.
Itsu also have interesting and healthy bottled drinks with ingredients such as Aloe Vera. A cool concept that's worth a try and usually quite busy at lunch time.
I recently visited this store and was impressed with the quality of both the sushi and the tea. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, with a variety of options to choose from. The tea was also great, with a nice selection of flavors and brews. The service was quick and friendly, making for a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty and efficient sushi take away option, and the tea is a nice bonus.
I went to this location a few days ago and was very impressed with the service!! The employee (I'm sorry I can't remember how to spell your name!) went above and beyond to accommodate my order. His kindness made my day and I will definitely come back next time I am in London. The menu has a great variety and good prices, a much healthier alternative to other fast food chains!
Itsu is always an on the go staple for our family. It's simple, and doesn't slow us down. Sharmarke at the Broadwick location took our typical experience and improved it tremendously. Sharmarke greets with kindness and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal. Thank you!
Went there a few days ago. The team is friendly and go above and beyond especially Greta. Great choices of healthy food. Looks and feels clean.
I have always adored Itsu - particularly its tinee-tiney, humble, lower case name. Makes a change 😉
The branch has the same lovely food, great service - 80% of the time - and lots of seating and space.
The only downside, for me personally, was the extraordinary number of self-checkout kiosks - shocking! Not a fan at all.
Thursday late afternoon with my mum.The service was quick🏃♀️, and the people who worked here were lovely and kind🩷💞.
Once again, the food was delicious 🍱.. We ordered veggie gyoza🥟,mango cheese-cake mochi🥭,and best of all,'Korean spicy udon/noodles🥡 -Also.. the atmosphere was very nice and calm... and very clean :) I would definitely recommend it! Will definitely come back soon 🤩

Tasty food, electronical order, fast service and clean surfaces.
My favorite place!! Many thanks especially to Sharmarke, he is a very nice person! I recommend this restaurant because it is cheap and great💛🫶🏼
Words cannot describe how I and my friend were treated on our last visit to this store. They are all excellent however, one particular member of staff called Sharmarke when completely above and beyond our expectations whilst ordering food from this Itsu branch. I will always visit this branch when I’m in Central London.
Thank you Sharmarke & thank you Itsu for hiring such professional and engaging staff! Give him a promotion!
I loved sharmartie’s service, absolutely lovely. It was fast, convenient and he was very kind.
He deserves a raise!
