I visited Shinde's East Ham on a sunday afternoon & it was surprisingly empty! My sister in law suggested trying food from Shinde's as they had eaten from another branch before. I must say that the food was pretty decent. We ordered vada pav, dahi vada, pav bhaji & took away some baingan bharta. I haven't tasted the take-away yet, but the starters were pretty good. My sister in law ordered tea (masala chai) but wasn't very impressed. That's why one reduced star! However, there were many positives about this place a) The place is decorated well and looks beautiful b) has a quiet vibe and the staff didn't seem to be in a rush to shoo us out c) very accommodative staff: we requested for some full fat milk for my niece and they managed to get it for us d) great tasting vada pav! It is a definitely a great find and I would love to visit here again!

I have been a couple times and the food has been really delicious, well presented and tastes fresh and vibrant, their falooda is especially great. Ani is probably one of the best front of house people I've met and takes great care in creating a welcoming environment, ever attentive and friendly! Highly recommended if you're in the area, I'll definitely be back soon!

Visited this place for the 5th time today and I am always served by Divya- what a beautiful person- very sweet and patient. The food was amazing. I love their dahi puri and samosa chat. Paneer tikka masala and the garlic naan too was simply amazing and yummy. No complaints at all. Perfect staff, perfect food, perfect price- what else do you need?? 😃

Pan-Indian restaurant (including Punjabi, Southie, Mumbai, Nepalese) and totally vegetarian with incredible food at great value-for-money. A lot of variety on the menu; whether you want dosas, momos, chaats, curries, biryanis, indo-chinese or eggless desserts, all areas are covered. I love this place and I would say anybody looking for an Indian vegetarian experience on Green Street should look no further. Interior is so nice too and the service is great. :)))

Food was great. Service was top notch. Waitresses were very helpful with explaining what the dishes were. Only thing that was eye catching in a bad way was the interior. Seats were ripped and tatty, walls were dirty right next to the tables too. Toilets could be looked after too. Very awkward placement of the hand dryers.

Came here for dinner for the eat out to help out. Food was really tasty. A tad on the spicy side for me but none the less extremely tasty. I recommend the butter planner curry and roti. Its the best I've had. Service was good and staff were very polite and the food came out really quickly and hot. To top it off bill came to £13 for Pau bhaji, aloo chaat, masala Mogo, butter planner curry, tandori roti and 2 cokes. Absolutely will return here.

I adored this place after a long day of shopping, shindes is a perfect spot to stop and have amazing veggie food... the place is really clean and modern and service was quick. Ani was so sweet and he recommended really good dishes for lunch, I can now definitely recommend the Gobi 65 and hot fresh kulcha... we will definitely be returning for more when we are back on green street x

One of the few restaurants that serves vegetarian dishes. Loved the chilli paneer as the spice was incredible. Love the taste of the cheese. The masala dosa was good enough even though it’s takeaway. I ordered aubergine curry which taste brilliantly. The vegetable briyani was delicious with lots of spices and flavours. This is definitely a great restaurant to be for some nice Indian vegetarian dishes. Would come back in future.
