My husband brought me here for a birthday treat. We had a seat near the window which was wonderful as you have a direct view onto Regent Street which is great for people watching. That apart the cakes are amazing. Yes they are small but each one is a sumptuous little treat especially nice when washed down with a glass of champagne. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. Can recommend.
This place is a hidden gem for cheese cake lovers. The coffee is exceptional, and the cake selection is impressive. I tried the cheese cake, and it was heavenly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The cozy ambiance makes it a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended!
We were staying at the hotel this past week. Although we heard so much about Cakes and Bubbles we didn't have a chance to visit as we were visiting all the tourist sites everyday.
In the last morning before departure we finally got a table for my husband and I and our two kids. We just wanted to experience so we didn't order a lot of food. But Isaac our server made it extra special for all of us. He's extremely professional, polite and very patient with our two young kids. He let them spray the rose water to the roses and just being super nice to them. He even gave us a special treat at the end ;-)
The food is amazing of course, but his service made it the perfect finale to our amazing trip to London.
Been waiting to visit Cakes & Bubbles for a long time. The place and desserts did not disappoint at all. Their signature cheesecake was excellent. The salty cheese mixing with the sweet cover were the perfect match. Loved it. The golden egg was very tasty but way too small. It was gone in 3 small spoonfuls.
I went here to have dessert, food and drinks. I especially adore the interior and food, as I am pretty picky. It is exceptionally unique. Cheesecake you will never forget.
I love the staff member Issac and Marco. They always greet me whenever I visit this place.
*** I usually visit this place at least three times a month.
Our hostess and all three servers were attentive, patient, and kind to our family, including our small children. The team’s excitement for the restaurant and food was palpable, but professional. We were hoping for a special birthday meal, and we were delighted with the level of creativity and execution. Thank you for a great memory!
It’s not just tasty, it’s a dessert experience!
Ok so when we originally sat here to eat thinking let’s get a few bites and then we saw the sweets menu and thought, “Ooo that tower of sweets looks fun, let’s do that!” We were not ready. It’s not just a tower of sweats, it’s a THREE COURSE EXPERIENCE!
All I can tell you is that you need to come hungry and it’s worth the money. Take that special someone with you and get ready for some fun.
Our server’s name was William and he not only gave us top notch service but made our experience one to remember.
Where to start......
Firstly I would like to address the people browsing reviews and considering to visit Cake and Bubbles, if you never been here before don't expect conventional everyday flavours that you had in your friendly neighbourhood cafe or your local restaurant, you have to understand that some of the dishes are the Interpretations of Albert Adria and he's crew.
The famous Tickets Cheesecake that divided some of the people that left comments, if you expect a traditional Cheesecake please don't, it has a more complex flavour perhaps a touch matured but in all the good way, you won't find that fresh cream taste that some cold set Cheesecake has nonetheless it is delicious, rich and yammmm...
Visit with an open mind and don't anticipate with what do you expect but with an almost childish curiosity for something to be discovered.
My wife found it a bit too rich but I loved it to bits which is funny as shes got the sweet tooth 😄.
I had the dessert assortment with cru champagne and I found it delightfully refreshing classic desserts /baklava/ some crowd pleaser /after eight/ reimagined made lighter thoroughly enjoyed it.
Next time definetly gonna try the savory side too.
The Price.....
You're in the middle of London on Regent Street🤷♂️ what do you expect, its not cheap by any stretch of imagination at least not by my imagination🙂 BUT ask yourselves the question possibly the best available ingredients for the purpose and countles people spent decades dedicated to their craft missing holidays, birthdays sacraficing relationships honing their skills just to reach that quality of service and achive the plates that being presented to you, what is the price on that??
On this occasion we paid £150 for the two of us and I don't feel robbed.
With my wife we just took a shoot in the dark as we were out for a date night no reservation and yet they went out their way to accomandate us wich we highly appreciate and on the way out not leaving anything to chance we decided to invite back family in october and made a reservation.
.
Can't comment on the hotel as i dont believe I'll be able to afford it in the foreseeable future😀 which is fine, from what I've seen through a corridor it looks elegant and luxurious pretty sure you get what you pay for🤷♂️.
The staff on the floor is attentive and informative the food we tried from our perspective was excellent.
Thanks again Cakes and Bubbles
And see you soon
We had a lovely experience at Cake and Bubbles. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the desserts were delicious. Would especially recommend the cheesecakes. What a treat!
A wonderful dining experience. It surpassed all expectations. Excellent service, delicious food and great ambiance. Highly recommend treating yourself to this experience.
Our waitron, Laszlo, was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The champagne was chilled to perfection. Starters (salmon Bellinis and mini Angus steak burgers) were popping with flavour. The desserts were spectacular. Signature cheesecake was a unique experience for me the golden egg surprised and delighted.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Isaac and Julia for their exceptional service. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced our anniversary celebration. I'd also like to extend my compliments to the kitchen for providing us with a delightful dining experience.
I had my birthday celebration here and this Rose lychee dessert was finishing my afternoon tea with. Truly impressed with presentation, smell was so good and test was so delicious. Definitely worth trying after meal.
Luxury vibe in Piccadilly Circus. I recommend you book your table in advance. Cheesecake is bit unique but not very special.
We really enjoyed Albert Adria's dessert tasting menu, it sounds like a lot, but mostly they are small bites. The pistaccio filo clouds were my favourite, but the cheesecake was pretty amazing, in fact everything was amazing and this is definitely a place to take someone you love to impress them.
