My wife and I have been to Bouangerie Jade twice now ….. the English breakfast is great …. But make sure you are hungry before ordering as it will really fill you up! Also the egg and bacon bap was excellent, bap was crusty. To finish off I can highly recommend the almond croissant. Excellent food

We visited the place for breakfast. Good quality Coffee and pastries. I had the Eggs Royale, and was a bit disappointed 😞 however the service is brilliant. Atmosphere is good too. Worth visiting the place with family and friends.

Amazing place straight away, tables were cleaned quickly and staff were kind. The menu has great varieties and food was just lovely. Loved the Eggs Royale, they have a free water dispenser available for everyone. Although there's one toilet, it's clean and has good facilities. Most of the time, this place isn't busy but you would understand why it is.

Great coffee and cakes. Only let down by some of the tables inside that were sticky to touch and in need of a repaint. Other than that a lovely environment, and great to sit outside on a sunny day. Had the full English breakfast recently, thoroughly recommended, only let down by an undercooked sausage.

Visited for brunch on a rather damp Saturday. It was busy, but the queue moved quickly. We both ordered Eggs Royale. The Hollindaise sauce was excellent and the portion of salmon of the right quantity. I think the bread could have been toasted for a wee bit longer. The coffee was very nice too. The weather turned worse, so we stayed for more coffee and cake. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. No hesitation in recommending it for a visit.

Great coffee and macaroons were delicious. I also liked the vibe in the cafe, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Very close to the tube station - would definitely go back if I was ever in the Woolwich area again.

Nice café - but always super busy, been a few times and both times the queue to be served was out of the door. Not their fault that they're so popular, but it does mean you won't get a relaxed easy café experience. The sandwiches are genuinely nice. The service is slow, but likely just because they're so busy. They will clear dirty cups/plates off tables but don't wipe them down so they'll still have crumbs, spills etc. The atmosphere feels quite busy and chaotic - because there's usually a big queue and it feels like there's always a lot of people walking around/commotion.

I always find the food & coffee at Boulanerie Jade absolutely delicious 😋 Unfortunately, I always find the staff a little haughty and slightly stuck up sadly 😥 The atmosphere when it is quiet can be cold, but I like it at busy times when the atmosphere seems to change to a warm and relaxed atmosphere. I've come here for many years all seasons as a local parent, then with friends and other family members. It's a great meeting place to catch up with friends & family.

Fantastic food. Incredible tasty treats. Great coffee. Just a little too busy and crowded (because it is so good). They need more space to meet the demand. Service friendly but a little slow. Very happy it’s dog friendly, so I can order pastries and coffee, but too crowded to eat in with a dog (even with a small dog). Despite this I can’t wait to sample everything on the menu!

Such a lovely place with excellent food! This French cafe near Woolwich riverside has a varied offer of dishes, pastries and bakery, as well as smoothies, juices and hot drinks, perfect for brunch! It also has plenty of veggie options and some vegan ones (we went for these) and it's dog-friendly as well. Can't recommend enough!

Nice quaint coffee shop just outside Woolwich station. Great place to work or just hang out. There are a selection of books too should you feel like reading something, and a number of sweet snacks too.

The place was amazing, For the food it was pretty good. As a muslim i have got a few options on menu to choose in between and that was an advantage compared to other places. I ordered on omelette with cheese and mushroom. The amazing thing that it was huge and unpredictable, I had a full stomach while I am in half away from finishing my dish. The staff is really really amazing and friendly. They were perfect and quick in order to make room for new customers, cleaning and serving as well. Very recommended for a bank holiday out door breakfast.

Nice fresh local food FOOD Nice fresh food prepared, i ordered a Croque Monsieur and partner ordered a Eggs Benedict. Food was hot with right temperature, even though we sat outside, the food didn't get cold immediately. The taste of my vegetables from my dish was nice and I usually don't like vegetables, bread cheese was very tasty. After eating my dish, I literally felt full up, it was very satisfying. For my drink I ordered a Coco Lock which was a very delicious healthy drink. My partner ordered a coffee. SERVICE Service was good or on a satisfactory level. My partner's coffee was warm and bit bit leveled, when we asked one of the waiter about this, she apologised and immediately took it and provided a new one that was very hot. Even though they were busy on this Jubilee day 2022, they took order, got the right order and were provided on time. My food also had I believe 2 hair strands or maybe from fabric, and I saw a piece of egg shell. We took one server and she said she would let the manager know, few minutes later she finished our shift. After waiting some time, we had to let another waiter know and he dealt with it. The manager complimented us, and they apologised about it, it felt like almost everyone knew what happened. The cutlery where all clean, the place was clean and even outside, out table was not clean as my partner had to clean it. It was busy so understandable. Regarding the price, all of what we ordered came to £28 which included two main dish, a cake and 2 drinks. OVERALL Great place to try out different unique dish, plus they are local! Service was satisfactory, food were delicious, and drinks tasty and healthy. I would recommend this place. It is another great addition to Woolwich Eat Outs.
