Best chain / quick service restaurant in this country. Super tasty food every time. Plenty of options, including some heathy and lush greenage. Kensal Rise has nice staff and you never wait long for you food there

I arrived with 17 children for my granddaughter's 13th birthday,from the minute we arrived several tables were put together,all our food orders arrived promptly along with 2 trays of chicken wings as a act of kindness.The staff were lovely,very courteous and helpful.The children all enjoyed their meal and birthday cake.Thank you Nandos.
We turned up with 5 young children and nothing was to much hassel for the staff! Lots of space and very friendly staff! Food as always was delicious! Thank you.
I just wanted to send a message to acknowledge the amazing work of your staff at the Kensal Rise branch. This is my local restaurant and we go here all the time as Nando’s is my son’s favourite place to eat, and Saturday just gone I came in with a rather large number of children and adults (40+) to have a celebratory meal for my sons 9th Birthday. Having called ahead I was told they had 2 other bookings therefore could not promise nothing but they would try their best and that THEY DID!! They exercised astounding patience with the large group displaying nothing but professionalism in our whole experience, from waiting time to be seated to the time food was served to even helping with my son’s cakes your staff were AMAZING and I just wanted that to be known and for them to be commended for all the hard work and top customer service standards.
Very nice place with good, halal food. Located inside Tesco so went to buy a couple things from Tesco then came here to eat dinner yesterday. Not very big and the food took a little while to come so I deducted a star. Self service for drinks, tissues and plates so you can grab those when you like. Recommend after/before shopping at Tesco.
Shoutout Mr P man, patterned me and my girl nicely. Food was amazing, you could tell care was taken. All the staff were lovely, big up Ugne (I hope I remembered the spelling) overall it was mint all round.

Nandos does a great job of creating the vibe for catching up with friends and family. The food was nice.even if the portions are tint.

The only thing that is disappointing is that it's not Halal, but thats just my opinion, overall it's a lovely place and staff are nice too, I enjoyed the Portobello mushroom in pitta, yummy 😋
A fantastic menu, great service and reasonable prices. Only one point to mention: Sitting in a restaurant at the table and placing the order online seems to be a little bit strange.
Pharrel at the door served me, good service, polite and well mannered, food was very nice and would happily come again.
Really quiet on a Sunday evening. Food was served within a reasonable time. Staff were ok. Parking available on a yellow line on the side street. Food was as expected from Nando's. Would visit again.
The food can be hit and miss. The member of staff Farrell is really nice and accommodating and made our meal more enjoyable
