People complaining about staff eating food (how dare they!) or not greeting customers by their name (I’ve been going there for a week!) should get real.
Really great little store clean and great service. Of the chain coffee shops, Nero is the best. This one was a nice example.
Fancy a drink and bite to eat before you carry on your day then Caffè Nero is the place to go! Lovely staff, clean and spacious. Drinks and food were yummy.
Better than the Costa up the road & loyalty program is better value. Staff are friendly, coffee is well made, and there's a good range of the classic Caffe Nero food. I recommend the vegan salted caramel cheesecake.

Over the last two years this caffe has improved greatly, it is always clean and the staff are always friendly and polite, tables are cleaned very quickly. It is quite small but it is bright and cheery and the downstairs area is very cosy in the winter and well ventilated in the summer. It can get a
Toilets need to be updated to a higher standard. Prices have gone up , but so should be the facilities. The toilets at this location look very tired.....Cafe Nero is my favourite café chain, but some of your locations and toilets need improvement.
