I've stayed at Hotel Rafayel three times now and each visit is a renewed pleasure. The facilities are superb and the staff friendly and welcoming. The owner, Iqbal Latif, goes out of his way to mingle with guests and get to know them personally and is generous with his hospitality. The views of the Thames from the Banyan restaurant are simply stunning and have to be seen to be believed. An added bonus is the fabulous spectacle of the helicopters taking off and landing from the Battersea helipad. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, providing excellent value for money, and it's well worth paying extra for a room with a Thames view - you won't be disappointed! Other perks include the Spa and the free shuttle bus service to the Clapham stations. Special mention must also be made of the Banyan restaurant, which provides excellent food and service. Staff are helpful and attentive, especially guest relations manager Trudy who always goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The hotel is also constantly evolving and improving itself. During my last visit there were improvement works ongoing to its magnificent 18th-floor roof terrace as well as the opening of a designated smoking area promoting classy Havana cigars. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel and will definitely be returning.
Beautiful place to stay, staff and owner are fabulous, food is amazing, highly recommend this place, second time here so far and can't wait to come back � bring our kids next time

I have been coming here for 5 years now, such a beautiful hotel, nice rooms, a five star by the Thames for a very good price. And the Banyan restaurant, some of the best indian food and very good international food too, in such a beautiful place. The new covered terrasse is a great feature, now you can have your cigar at warmth, enjoying your dessert or some brandy the Thames.
4th visit and yet again amazing!!! Reception staff very welcoming, room was to a high expectation. Room cleaned daily (And tidied-so thank you :-)). Restaurant staff friendly and accommodating, food presentation fantastic and gorgeous!! Perfect situation right on the river and away from the hustle and bustle of central London x
What an amazing place superb views fabulous rooms. The hospitality exuding from the staff is second to none. Especially Trudy Had a wonderful meal fine dining at it's best

Love The Rafayel! We've stayed here many times, it's a comfortable, convenient and cost effective choice. With Lovely large rooms, soft sheets, comfy beds, easy parking and helpful staff it's perfect for us. It has a wonderful position right on the Thames and is a great location for acccessing the most interesting river sights and villages in London with a refreshing waterside walk. But it's absolute Unique Selling Point. Is watching the helicopters land and take off from the heliport while eating a superb full English breakfast! So exciting and, thanks to great double glazing, practically noise free! Thank you and see you soon!
I spent in this beautiful Restaurant on the Thames, one of the best New Year's of my life! Everything was excellent : from the menu to the beautiful music with Dj Alberto Tagliaferri who accompanied us all on this wonderful event!Thank you all!.
I had such a lovely experience. Enjoyed the flavoursome cocktails, to the friendly staff and most of all the ambience. The restaurant/bar sits just on the river where u can watch the sun go up and the sun go down, creating sceneic settings. I will return!

This place is amazing!!! Me and my partner booked for a one night away ended up extending our stay because it was soo good!!! The staff are excellent and the rooms are perfect! Lovely views! Fantastic food!! Worth every penny!! Can't wait to come back �� miss you all already ��� thank you Trudy, Ben, Madeen and the lovely owner who I had the pleasure of meeting in person ��

This is a delight. I love the place on Rover Thames. It is an undiscovered gem. Summer the sun is always around pn 22nd June until 10 pm. Most delightful owner. A true gentleman.

My stay at this Hotel was fabulous. Such an amazing place..Our suite was overlooking The Thames and also had a private extra large jacuzzi bath. Was so relaxing. Staff were very friendly and polite too. Will defo stay here again for a chilled out Spa Break. �
