Johnny's Fish Bar - London - Photo album

Reasonable prices and large portion size . Staff are friendly and helpful. Selection of fish and chips, burgers, kebabs and some fried chicken... good choice for lunch in the area
Fish and chips have large portions for both the medium and large options. Split a large fry and it was more than enough, should have gotten the medium. The chicken shish was also delish! Not much seating but they give takeaway boxes.
Your friendly neighborhood fish & chips shop. Fish is nicely battered and crispyly fried. Chips are chunky and the shop is very liberal with the salt and vinegar 🙌. Mushy peas are decent too. Owner is very nice and friendly. You felt welcoming right away. There are a few seats to eat indoors but it

Our go to place for Doner wrap in Bermondsey. Absolute value for money and the owners are amazing. Their garlic sauce is one of the best we have tried here in London. The place can get crowded during the evening service and with just two people running the show it could take sometime for you to get
First time in London came across Johnny's Fish Bar. The food was brilliant lovely crispy chips. Donar Meat was lovely I've never tried this before and hope to try it again. Very reasonably prices and great friendly staff 😁
Excellent value and very tasty. Real chips too! Very much enjoyed. Again 😁
I love this chippie. Good quality chips and our cod is always cooked fresh to order rather than sat under the heat lamp. We've been 5 times now, and the chips have been delicious every time. There's no option to have healthy grilled cod. So when we come we have classic battered cod. Service is frien
BEST FISH AND CHIPS EVER TO EXIST, everything is fresh and yummy, makes you want to keep eating and eating.it is a family business and everyone that works there is so kind and lovely always serves me with excitement and always has my order right. I always come here and buy from them
The fish was cooked to order and battered nicely. The chips were hot and fresh. We were lucky to get a table in the really small enclosed area.
Going to tower bridge? Why not stop by Johnny's Fish Bar where the service is friendly, the food is fresh, the price is beyond reasonable, and most importantly, the taste is amazing? The fish and chips I had here was by far the best I have ever had. As this was my first and last (for now) fish and
Pretty decent fish and chips! The chip’s weren’t soggy, and the fish was very crispy!
Very tasty food, good staff, low price in comparison to other nearby competitors. Have option to dine in.
The perfect place to taste proper british fish & chips as a tourist! You see, this place doesn’t smell touristy at all, only delicious local fish! Good price, lovely people and a great experience! And say hi to Johnny, he’s a good chap!
Great food and very clean it in area. The owner is always friendly and the two ladies always smiling making your serving very pleasant. I am buying once per week every time I am in the office.
Great as usual. £11.50 for cod and chips. £9 for a haddock no chips. Added in some extras and everything tasted great and big portion.
Food is delic and the owners are great. Took a chance based on reviews as it's a bit of a hole in the wall type of place. Got the cod & chips and they were perfect. People working there were very welcoming & friendly too. Would for sure go there again.
Possibly the best fish and chips I've had. Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of it to begin with, but Johnny sure knows how to make a good one. It's an unassuming little place, and actually looks more like a European kebab shop than anything else.
