Friendly staff, normally plenty of tables and chairs, quick service. Light and airy with lots of floor to ceiling windows to watch the commuters rushing in and out of Clapham South underground station and a couple of tables outside, but on a busy junction.

This branch had been revamped a couple of months ago. They've removed the sofa bench near the door and replaced with tables and chairs and an extra fridge unit. It's brighter than before, but don't like the new menu board. It keeps alternating the pages round and round not giving you the the chance
Lovely staff and great variety of items but I really wish they had different high chairs! The ones stocked are just horrible to use and hardly any child I have been there with has been able to sit in it without bawling their eyes out! Then again it could just be our kids no doubt. Pleasant and helpful staff members work hard and fast during pick times so nobody waits for ever for their coffee. Clean all the time
Maybe toilets could be a bit cleaner. Outside pick times it's nice chilled atmosfere.
Great coffee shop located just opposite Clapham South tube. Friendly staff and great coffee, it is often busy but the staff manage to keep up without sacrificing the quality and flavour of the coffee. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area going there.
