Went at 9.15 in morning. The staff were really friendly and efficient, always kept a smile and made time for pleasantries when cafe was busy. Food was great and came out quite quickly. Fully recommend .

Friendly staff, good service and AMAZING coffee. I initially thought £5 for a latte and a cinnamon roll was a bit steep but that was the best latte I've had in a very long time and that bun was to die for. Highly recommended and delicious!

Cafe Roma is one small establishment with very very big heart making you come again and again. It's one of these small diners which we are watching in the movies where everyone know the chef and the chef knows what his customers likes. The chefs are very good professionals and polite too. I love it.

Love this café and always call in when in the vicinity. Lots of things make it special, the staff, the food, the simplicity, but the best thing is that it is an escape from the faceless restaurant chains. Best bacon sandwich in town!
Small and welcoming little cafe where you can sit in a window seat on a morning with a perfectly good cup of coffee and sweet or savoury baked good and watch the world go by. Very friendly.
Popped in for a toastie - best I’ve ever tasted! Fantastic little place just opposite Brompton hospital. Very glad I popped in.
