Part of a national chain. It has the best tasting coffee vs Costa and Starbucks. This store has a wide variety of seating and it gets pretty busy as it has a nice atmosphere from the large windows. Just around the corner from Charing Cross and Covent Garden. I’ve seen others comment regarding using
Quick queue time and good service. Lots of options for lunch, snacks and drinks. This is quite a large Nero with lots of seats which was also a bonus so we decided to eat in. The tables were not cleared from previous customers which would have made the experience a little better. Would visit again.
I've spent entirely too many hours here over the last decade or so. Has a nice buzzy atmosphere.
Comfortable seats, warm atmosphere, soothing music, good coffee and fresh juice - great way to utilise few hours while waiting to pick up our son from his rehearsal.
Nice little Nero on our way to the theatre. Good atmosphere inside, well decorated, big mirrors and comfy sofas. The staff were polite, attentive and quick. Recommend! (However, a step outside may prevent the less able.)
Great coffee, great interior ; unfortunately disappointing toilet.
Got a Milano hot chocolate with some strop waffles and forgot that the whipped cream prevents the steam from reaching my waffle when I place it on top of the cup. Still, both the hot chocolate and the waffles are great and the peaceful ambience of the cafe is great for a nice afternoon snack+ catch
It was our breakfast place for a week. Great toasties.

Coffee was good and so was service. Not a great choice on healthy low fat food options.
