Before you read this review I feel that I have to caveat this with the following biased opinion should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Going into pizza hut brings back so many childhood memories as my dad would take us here ever opportunity he had!
Pizza hut is back... and its epic! For the price I dont know how you can knock it, unlimited pizza, unlimited salad and a drink for under a tenna. I swear that the buffet hasnt changed in price for the last 20 years. Give it a go... i dont want them turning it back into a pasta hut!
The pizza was great with combos, but the service is slow
Very good value. You get free unlimited custom salad with any pizza purchase.
Even though the establishment was quite busy when we arrived, the table service was efficient and the staff polite.
Both the starters and the main course (two pan pizzas) arrived quickly and were pleasingly hot - often pizza can be served warm and therefore be fairly tasteless, but these were cooked well and were excellent.
Unlimited soft drinks were a welcome addition - unfortunately the ice maker machine wasn’t working on this occasion. Not a big deal though.
Will happily visit this branch again when in the area.
The meal altogether was really good though the desert was the best part of the meal. Although the waitress did not get our order correct, the manager was quick to fix the issue and made sure we got the correct pizza as we are vegetarian (we did mention this). The waitress however, did apologise.

The taste was very good and service was very nice too.
Quick service, fairly small shop though. Ordered ice cream factory as part of kids meal and ice cream didn't taste right. Took manager some time to speak to us about getting an alternative, and even then we had to hunt him down to finally speak to him, and when we got to order an alternative it wasn't available. Has wheelchair accessible entrance but only really accessible tables are at front of shop which can get cold due to door always opening and closing. Access to accessible toilet hampered by tables and chairs in way, people would have to move their chairs for you to get past.
Great service and good food. The garlic bread with mozzarella was the best garlic bread I've had for a long time. Nice, fresh pizza. A very enjoyable end to a day in London.
Cracking service and although the substantially fewer tables available (social distancing) means booking is now a requirement (on fridays at least), still a really positive experience.
Although I can't fault the food, the only reason for losing that fifth star is owing to the same prices, but loss of the salad bar (replaced with some rather sad offerings brought to the table) Ice cream bar (again, replaced with a much reduced offering) and the 'unlimited soft drinks.' A shame to see that the great value expected has been replaced with a good offering for a fair price instead.
