Staff had a "no problem" and fully helpful attitude, assisting with the visit of myself and my daughter (wheelchair user). They even helped me choose which vouchers to use - so not only was the meal fab - it was also very cheap! Fantastic service. Recommended.
Wouldn't normally review a chain like this because you know what you're getting but some of the newer pizzas in there are just delicious. Thin crust and covered in rocket? Yes please.
Staff were friendly and the food was top notch as expected.
I usually try and avoid food chains but that day just felt like pizza. The crust is thin and the ingredients are fresh. I had a Gorgonzola and pancetta pizza and really enjoyed it. I could not say anything very special about this place but the food is good the pizzas all cost around 10 pounds and you get exactly what you were looking for.
Th staff is very helpful and does not take your plate away the minute you have put your fork down. That really annoys me! These are good pizzas but the setting has nothing exceptional to it
Had a great late lunch at this Pizza Express, the staff were really friendly and ready to serve us and explain and replace ingredients to make our experience a good one.
The cooks were very entertaining, juggling with the pizzas and making our pizza's with the freshest of ingredients. We ordered a couple of pasta dishes to try out and they were really nice.

We had a table of 12 people for a relaxing post-work meal and the service was outstanding - our waiter, Emanuel, was friendly, attentive and helpful, and even arranged a little birthday cake for two of our party without any problems. The food was excellent, fresh and hot and we were very well looked-after. Thank you!

Had a morning Kids party for my 8 year old daughter today, Emanuel and Patricia were amazing…showing the kids how to make their own pizzas with great humour - and patience - before the kids then ate their own pizzas very happily. Its a great idea to do kids birthdays there and couldn’t recommend the experience and team more.
I came here for lunch twice with my friends and both times we were served by selam. She was really patient and considerate. The food was also sooo good, had a great time.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years.. We love coming here to eat with friends and family. . I’ve also had 2 of my daughter’s birthday parties here The service has always been excellent I’ve never had to complain and they always go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. The Islington branch of Pizza Express is very good indeed. The food is always delightfully fresh and beautifully presented, and the service is discreet and efficient. I eat here every time I visit the theatre nearby (which is often) and I am slowly working my way through the extensive menu. This place has the best garlic-infused oil! Highly recommended ✨✨
Had a enjoyable casual dinner with friends and their kids at Pizza Express in Angel. The service was good, we were not rushed and the food was good. Some of their pizzas were a little spicy, however it was more the kids complaining than anything. I arrived late so didn't ask if they had a kids menu. Overall a enjoyable time.
Amazing and super friendly team, they are cheerful, funny and extremely helpful. The food and atmosphere is really great. For sure I will come again!
We had a great lunch here. Emanuel was excellent. Attentive, kind and very good at engaging with and catering for our fussy four year old. Will be back.
The Lady “Yozlem” who serviced us right from the beginning was amazing, very helpful and smiley constantly checking on us to make sure everything was okay and if we ever needed anything she sorted it out and made sure we had it quickly! The food was lovely as well not to pricey…

The food, I have to say was amazing. Worth a return trip to try the new items on the menu. I had the new tikka paneer pizza. It taste great, it had a spicy kick to it which I liked. The picture I took does not do it justice. Please bare in mind it was busy at 19:30 but was quieter at 20:30. Well recommended.

We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers (13y/o's) for a birthday. Our waitress was the absolute best!! Drinks came on time, and the food was delivered hot and given to the correct people. We had changes in our order and additions, everything was correct and handled with a smile on her face.
She made going to that Pizza Express one of the best decisions of that day.

Comfortable ambiance, background music at non intrusive low level. Pizzas and all other food are super. Staff really nice and engaging.
Only downside is some parents with crying babies and/or small children behave noisely as if they were in their own home.
Smaller than I thought inside but a nice pizza place. I had a garlic bread with Mozzarella cheese which was a bit doughy , but garlic & herb wings were tasty and well cooked.
£3.45 for a small glass bottle of coke was very expensive, not only there but most restaurants. 😟 would go again. Lovely waitress.
