I visited this casino and I have to say I was VERY happy with my experience and my food. I would like to especially mention the receptionist Mai. She was an amazing help to me and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. She really understands how to deliver service towards customers on behalf of the company. I will definitely be visiting again and will recommend to all my friends!

Went to this casino with my daughter for a Birthday treat. Not a gambler but had a few small bets. Staff and managers made us welcome and we had a complimentary drink voucher .

Had Xmas dinner with a few friend last night ,Leana and one of the manager exceptional service,dinner was amazing and nothing was too much too ask very accommodating.

I ve been few hourse there. I had a burger and was good, especially considering it was really cheap. I was served by a short and blond lady, unfortunately couldnt see her name. Anyways her service was amazing. Shes been helpful and super nice. I think there should be more people like her in the hospitality field.

Been here before lockdown, surprised how empty it was but had a lovely hour or so paint table games. Staff throughout were very friendly and helpful.
Hard work getting in, if you do not have a face mask they turn you away, an establishment like this and they do not supply masks, turned away last for not having mask if I go into Waitrose Wilko and lots more they are happy to supply you with a free mask, visit before this security guard had no SIA badge on advised him to put it on which he did. Could rant on lots more but hey ho things could only get
