I recommended everyone GloucesterRoad Casino. Managers dealers waitress slot hosts, cleaners very very good. They always look after me and my friends. 5 stars services.
I visited this casino and I have to say I was VERY happy with my experience and my food. I would like to especially mention the receptionist Mai. She was an amazing help to me and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. She really understands how to deliver service towards customers

Went to this casino with my daughter for a Birthday treat. Not a gambler but had a few small bets. Staff and managers made us welcome and we had a complimentary drink voucher .

I ve been few hourse there. I had a burger and was good, especially considering it was really cheap. I was served by a short and blond lady, unfortunately couldnt see her name. Anyways her service was amazing. Shes been helpful and super nice. I think there should be more people like her in the hosp

Been here before lockdown, surprised how empty it was but had a lovely hour or so paint table games. Staff throughout were very friendly and helpful.
Hard work getting in, if you do not have a face mask they turn you away, an establishment like this and they do not supply masks, turned away last for not having mask if I go into Waitrose Wilko and lots more they are happy to supply you with a free mask, visit before this security guard had no SIA
