One of the best Bengali restaurants in Brick Lane. The restaurant is not that fancy, but is your Bengali equivalent of your Punjabi Dhaba - serving a magnificent spread of fishes which keep disappearing at an amazing pace. From your tangra to your Koi to the Loitya to the Shutkis. If you are a bit early, you can catch the Shorshe Ilish. But the best dish I liked was the Chitol Macher Kofta. Truly awesome !
This place is always busy and full of locals- a good sign! Very authentic Bangladesh food. Come early, it gets very busy 8pm and after
Great quick indian food with lots of options. The thalis are the best deal in the area, cheaper than most of brick lane but also quite large and very filling. I liked all the vegetable dishes that I tried, and also the goat very much.
It's a cafeteria-like place with pre-made food ready to spoon onto thalis. The best place on brick lane for eating alone or quickly or cheaply.
Lovely food. Great prices
I got the non veg thali. Was delicious. Staff were lovely apart from one guy who was a little rude.
Eid Mubarak. Stumbled across this unassuming place. Deceptively big space at the back. Delicious meat thali at an incredible price £8.95. Lovely brother serving.
One of the best Bangladeshi cuisine in Baker Street. The price is reasonable and the quantity of food is good. The service is fast. We ordered sada vaat, ilish, Rui, saak chingri and Aloo varta. In each plate of ilish and Rui fish , there are two pieces of fish.
ONE of THE BEST genuine Bangladeshi cuisine, unique from any ordinary restaurants, food style as you would expect from Bangladeshi restaurant. Traditional style eatery, all the good feedbacks says it all. Only way to find out is try it out.
Nice family restaurant, well decorated. A wide selection of Asian food. Reasonable price. clean toilets. Curry portion's could be bigger. Welcoming, good and friendly staff.
Had a nice dinner with family.
Kind people serving good, authentic food at affordable prices.
This is true authentic Bangladeshi /Indian cuisine. They may get a little too excited with the amount of ghee but what you’re going to get here is well made dishes at an affordable price. Their Tahli is great value at £7.95 - most of the dishes had bones in them but this is fine as it made the meats that little bit more succulent. Staff were friendly and meals came efficiently. Would recommend to anyone trying to avoid the restaurants that say they are “the best on brick lane”.
Great tasting authentic Bangladeshi food, staff are very friendly
Good place to have Bangladeshi dishes. Specially their dry fish item are must try for the fish lovers.
Best Desi food! Every time I visit, I go to Cafe Grill. Love their food.

A nice traditional Bangladeshi restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helped me retrieve my bag which I had forgotten the previous day.
