This restaurant is amazing and a stones throw away from the Olympic park & Westfield. You feel so at home its like walking into Marrakech itself. There is a fabulous atmosphere from the traditional music, art & friendly staff. The food is top quality and cooked fresh and prompt from some of the finest chefs in London. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, an evening meal or any function.

Fabulous decor and atmosphere - like being on an exotic holiday. Delicious food too, I especially enjoyed the aubergine dip. I went with work and there was something for everyone and all the dishes were delicious. My colleagues really enjoyed their very tender lamb tagine and their crispy grilled seabass.

Dar Marrakech is some 5-10min walk from Stratford station, off the high street. The decor is to replicate he traditional style, between tasteful and tacky. The food however more than justifies the choice of the venue. The tagine pill pill (prawn) was perfect, although I would recommend ordering it with either a side of rice or plenty of pita bread.
The place has a very authentic feel to it and looks very sheen. For the first time in London, the service was friendly and quick. They made sure that I was made comfortable.
Coming to food I had the Tagin Pill Pill. It was great- well cooked and made spicy on demand. The rice was cooked well too with a hint of vermicelli.
Overall, I would love to go to this place again!
Absolutely loved this place! The restaurant looked amazing, customer service was great, the staff were very friendly and prompt with our food. Food was delicious and cooked very well. Wasn't packed full of people which made the meal more relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back again!
Yep, more food. I swear these days I eat more out than I do at home (apart from my Big Mac Spag Bol which was ridiculously epic). Browsing through restaurants in nearby Stratford on the Tastecard app, I found Dar Marrakech, and having never really done Moroccan/Lebanese grub before, decided to give it a shot.
Very well cooked Lebanese food, with a good choice on the menu.
Friendly staff, very characteristic Lebanese restaurant, situated in one of the main road of Stratford.
It is a good alternative to all the restaurants and chains in Westfield, prices are reasonable and the quality is great, also well served.

Whoa...totally addicted to this place been coming almost 3 times a week now!! The service here is just amazing, the staff are so friendly that it just makes you wanna come back here for more again and again just because of the welcoming atmosphere. The food here is great aswell well I've only ever tried the mix grill was kind of sad that it was small in portion size but the taste was great, especially the lamb was so chewy and tasty, really nice. I didn't give it a 5 because the mint tea wasn't to my taste, tasted bitter no matter how much sugar I put into it. But overall the place is great because the staff are just so nice and the place is very cosy and nice. Shisha was good too.
This place is a sheer delight. The experience was everything for a memorable night. The service is excellent. Staff is welcoming and amicable. Atmosphere is relaxing and enticing. Food is well cooked and well served, very delectable. Cocktails are amazing. On top of it, the prices are reasonable! Definitely coming back!
If you want try some yummy Lebanese cuisine then this the place that you should visit. It is such a welcome change from the bland food chains around. This one makes you want to come back here. The servers are very efficient and they attend to every need of yours. The place is independent and the ambiance is very inviting. A must visit!
I finally went to this place last night with my partner after hearing so much about this place already and we are glad that we went their. They serve some really good Lebanese food.. so high on flavors and taste. Staff is very prompt and pleasing. The garden area is a very good corner for a romantic meal with your partner.
I had the most fun at the restaurant. the food was delicious. But it was the evenings entertainment that pleased us the most. the belly dancers were superb. The service can get sloppy as the place is crowded but not by a great margin so that is excusable. The ambiance is fun.
This Mexican restaurant came as a pleasant surprise when i visited with a friend for lunch. the food was delicious. the staff is super efficient and the service is spot on. The baklava cake was the star of our order. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Totally recommended.

i happened to try this restaurant on my visit to Catford on an evening. I really enjoyed the dishes they served. they served a perfect blend of Augbergine salad with green and black olives tossed with Tagine lamb. It had a very distinct flavor or potatoes and onions. will definitely be visiting again.
I had a really nice time at Dar Marrakech the food was delicious service was very good they looked after us very well even gave us some mint tea and sweets on the house I would definitely recommend it, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated

Ordered mix grill which was very small in portion size compared to other mix grills i've had.
Overall atmosphere is good but wouldn't recommend the place if you have a big appetite!

We went for lunch, which at the time was pretty empty. Perhaps everyone was busy enjoying the sun, even so I would have thought it would get more customers.
The location may have been a factor as well, it's on the high street but away from the shopping centre so it doesn't get much interest, it also means parking is an issue and would be better to get the bus or train.
The decor is reminiscent of a Moroccan environment, which feels cosy and welcoming.
The food is what you would think of a Moroccan restaurant, but the tagine was of particular interest as I hadn't had one before. We had two tagines - kafta, which was lamb meatballs and pil pil which was prawns. It came in a generous tomato sauce and was enough for one portion. In addition there were hot and cold mezzes, we had the hummus and sambousek which was like a samosa. The mains came with rice and couscous, which were steamed so it had a soft texture and went well with the tagine.
At the end we had tea, which was rather sweet and could have left on the side.
One thing I noticed were the plates which were chipped, it's a shame as they looked nice but could be replaced.
Otherwise it was a nice experience, we were served well and had a filling lunch.
Pretty authentic Moroccan restaurant. We’ve tried a few meze and tajines and they all turned out to be tasty. The lamb shank tajine was a highlight. The mint tea was a bit too sweet, better off to put the sugar at side.
I tried a chicken tajin and harira. I have many Moroccan friends so I know what Moroccan food should taste like.
The tajin had a very good taste. The chicken was properly cooked and was tinder.
The harira was also delicious. I only wish they gave moroccan bread instead of pita bread.
It's a bit pricey but in my opinion totally worth it.
Decent food. Friendly staff. Cosy sitting. Great decor. Can improve on the range of their sauces. They do have an outdoor siting area at the back.
Amazing find! Had an absolutely delicious meal. The lamb was succulent and the couscous light & fluffy with a flavourful sauce and vegetables. The atmosphere, decor, and service were great too. We will be back again soon!
Found this Gem randomly a few days before when I was in the area. Looked so beautiful inside. So came back today, as being half Moroccan I’m always on the hunt for authentic traditional food.
And let me tell you. This brought me back to the days when my mum and grandmother used to cook for family.
It’s was unreal. Every dish was cooked to perfection. I will literally will be bringing my mum and sister here soon.
Service was amazing, mint tea and mocktails were lush.
Lamb Tangine with prunes the best ever and for starter chicken briwate was so good.
Can’t wait to try the whole Menu. Thanks for your hospitality and for having such high quality food.

Been here a bunch of times already, always happy to come and to get an amazing service. Lamb Tagine and Couscous is a must for me, nothing can beat that, not extremely pricy to eat in here but you get served top quality food here, and the roasted veggies? Spot on! Can’t wait to go away!
First time visiting here. Wanted to try something different to the usual chicken and steak restaurants that have seemed to pop up everywhere. It has a nice intimate ambiance. The starter was nice, lamb mince pastry's. The mains were a little bland to our taste. However the bakalava cake was delicious, definitely the star of the night. We furnished the night off with some of their refreshing mint tea. Will certainly come again to try the other items on the menu.
Beautifully decorated restaurant with a real authentic feel and atmosphere. Food here was delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. The tagines were tasty and good size portions and the morrocan tea was just delicious. Will definitely come back here again.
The food is AMAZING! Really tasty!! We started of with the ‘Kallaj’ which is Halloumi in toasted pita and the ‘Sambousek’ - homemade pastry filled with lamb. For mains we had the mixed grill and lamb tagine. The flavours really took us back to Morocco. The staff are helpful and friendly. The venue is cosy and romantic. We will be coming back!
Went here for iftaar with my friends the other night. Had a nice experience. They provided us with dates, a sweet biscuit and water so we could break our fast. We ordered the mixed kebab, harissa prawns, chicken wings and lamb skewer dishes. All came with rice, salad and a sauce. The food was good and it came super quick. The mojitos were a let down though, as it costed like £5 but looked cheap and tasted like regular drinks. There was also a prayer room downstairs, which is an added bonus! (Though there weren't enough prayer mats nor was it segregated). Would give the place a 5 star if the drinks were better and the prayer space was improved. Overall, a good place to eat at!

So many shisha bars i went to, there is none of them so good as Dar Marrakech!!Friendly employees, like Walid and youssef. Top service, top Shisha. I orded couscous with chicken, im an maroccan so im a bit critical, but the couscous was fantastic. My compliments for the chef. This is my place when im back in London. Very nice Moroccan restaurant with relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable cushioned benches along both walls for the tables. Tasty tagines and other Moroccan dishes available. Friendly and efficient staff.
