A pub you'd expect to see in the east end - instead situated in the city. Darts, sofa, ale, what more do you want. Great outside space too, highly abnormal for the city. Shame I've had a fair handful of off beer here -- although staff are always happy to replace.

Tiny pub in the heart of Aldgate, a good place with lots of seatings outside and a calm and quiet seating inside. This old pub isn't generally crowded and doesn't have loud music, a must if you want to talk with your friends without shouting.

Not a bad little boozer. Quite an attractive frontage although a bit more plain on the inside. Feels like a bit of a locals pub - it was fine on the night we went there, but something about it gave me the impression it might occasionally get a bit rowdy.
