Massively impressed with the hotel, it’s friendly staff, smart appearance and even more so, it’s location. It’ll be getting 5 stars from me easily. To be continued ..
Oh what a shame. 5 - 3 by unruly kids at 9 pm and wasn’t able to order food. a 5 to a 4: and despite checking in online I had to queue to get key as the machine was broken. And having trailed up to 7th floor the key didn’t work and I had to go down and queue again. It redeemed itself by being the world’s quietest room and the most comfortable bed. The check in has to lose a point.
I have now upgraded again to a 5. Ok so I had problems but it’s by far the best located Premier Inn and offers outstanding value with mega friendly staff. Advice - book dinner and breakfast or you won’t get it.
Feels like home! Very friendly staff and nice receptionarea. Affordable food. We had dinner here two nights and it was nice. Good breakfast as well. The kids eat for free with two adults. Thank you for a nice stay! Anna from Sweden
Ps. We have stayed at three Premier Inn´s in London and I think you have a very good concept!
Lovely room facilities and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Relaxed area to sit with a drink and food or if you wanted something more formal the restaurant was available too.
Very convenient location both for business people and tourists. Room same as all Premiers, but everything needed is there. Beds very comfortable and the silence was wonderful. Restaurant was very good as well. Lots of people turned away, as they hadn't booked. The £24.99 special, 2 courses, including wine and beer and breakfast is an excellent deal.
Like all Premier Inn's we visited the quality is excellent. Nice rooms, friendly staff good food and good drinks <3 Gin mixers :)
Blackfriars has an excellent location too

After the language barrier (not everyone that works here are English) we found out adjoining rooms did not mean joining-just near each other;
But people wonderful here, room is nice, breakfast and coffee bar is amazing along with their menu in the restaurant. Prices here much better than some of the local restaurants and food is great!
All and all a great experience
Brilliant hotel totally spotless all staff very helpful and friendly ...Food gorgeous and very breakfast beautiful ... We all stayed her for two night 14 girls and if you stay here the chicken curry is absoutly gorgeous and the lemon merigne is the nicest ever
The breakfasts are truly delectable here -
Although during my stay - i loved the bowl of the freah Berries .
But coming to the desserts i loved their Chocolate mousse with waffle sticks and Fresh strawberries
Recently stayed here for a couple of nights. Everything was (EXCELLENT). The position couldn’t be any better for visiting all the attractions, tube station very close by so can transfer around London very quickly. I must point out one member of staff who went way above what was expected. Her name was ALEJANDRA. All staff were very polite and very helpful. Would certainly very HIGHLY RECOMMEND at his premier inn for reasons previously mentioned.
I stayed for 4 nights and ate in Thyme Restaurant every morning for the buffet breakfast and 3 evenings for dinner.
I changed rooms after 2 nights from a family room (children went back to school) to a Premier Plus on the top floor. Weird because you check out at 12pm and wait until 3pm to check in. They store luggage whist waiting.
Had a great view from my Plus room but the Ultimate WiFi was still slower then my data 4g and it didn't have a bath like the standard rooms do. The fridge is tiny and the coffee machine leaked water.
The breakfasts were good and constantly re-stocked but the queues for the coffee machine were crazy.
However, the evening meals were not so great....check out my sisters steak, those were the gristle bits that were inedible. To be fair, they didn't charge for that meal, but at first they only suggested knocking a few £ off the bill.
Very quiet with double glazing and the beds were comfortable.
Great location too 👍🏻
Stayed for one night for a nearby event. Very convenient, close to Waterloo station and a stone’s throw away from Charing Cross with a number of restaurants close by.
Staff were very helpful; the check in machine malfunctioned halfway through our check in, and staff were very quick to help despite how busy it was. The room and bathroom was very clean, however other than hand soap, 2in1 body wash/shampoo, and towels, there are no other toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste etc.) which wasn’t a problem for us as we brought our own but it is something to keep in mind.
The room was fairly quiet, occasionally can hear people walking down the corridor, but was not a huge issue. Would recommend and stay again!
Our stay at Premier Inn London County Hall hotel was a mix of both comfort and inconvenience.
The in-room amenities, such as the refrigerator, TV and air conditioning, added to the overall comfort of my stay.
The location of the hotel is a standout feature. Situated in a prime spot, it provided easy access to many of London's attractions. It's hard to imagine a better location for exploring the city.
There is also some vending machines for coffee, snacks and drinks in the lobby.
However, the hotel was not without its issues. The elevators were a constant problem, with 2 out of 3 being out of order most of the time, and sometimes all 3 were broken. This caused significant inconvenience, especially during busy times.
Had a great stay here. We were in room 316 and had an excellent nights sleep. It’s hard to believe it’s so close to everything but so quiet. The staff were lovely and everything was as I expected it to be for a Premier Inn - apart from … the rooms are air conditioned, hallelujah!
We didn’t have food at the hotel as there’s lots of other options in the area.
One of the most useful offerings is being able to leave your luggage before & after checkout for a donation to charity.
Super clean, simple hotel in an excellent location walking distance from the London Eye, Big Ben, and many other tourist attractions. Check-in was easy and the front desk employees were very helpful. Quiet atmosphere and blackout curtains were a huge plus.
The location is perfect but not each room overlooks the attraction side. Some are with the windows to the inner yard with construction works and trash bins.
Breakfast is a standard European one,
Please mind the check in time is 3pm, not earlier. But you may leave your luggage at a luggage room and return later.
Very convenient location for the trip to London with most of the main attractions right on your doorstep. Plus the main road just outside the entrance is private so you haven't got the noise to contend with. The evening meal is very well priced for a family plus the breakfast deals well recommended for everyone 😀
Second stay here would not use any other hotel, nothing too much trouble with staff, but please give them a still to sit on standing up all shift. Breakfast was delightful as usual. Best place to stay to be central for many attractions all in walking distance. 5***** plus will use again at Xmas xxx
Rooms are large. The location is right next to the Wheel. There are plenty of places to eat if you want to dodge the premierInn food. The walk along the south bank is good to do. The river taxis stop very close by. I'd recommend using them, they are efficient and not expensive. I used them with a one day pass.
I have to give massive kudos to this place. At first I was extremely frustrated that they don’t have a phone line that reaches the front desk. I called for three days to request an early check in and never got an answer.
Once we arrived however, it was 100% perfect. The staff was able to get us into our room two hours early without any complaints. The rooms are massive and extremely clean.
And the bast part of my stay came at 11:30 at night when I went down to the lobby with a crazy request for a fan. I can’t sleep unless I have a fan on and I forgot to bring one. So I thought I’d ask the attendant at the desk. Not only did he not think I was crazy, but he actually looked for one. At first he said he couldn’t find one but did set my Air Con to stay on all the time. 5 minutes later, he popped up at my door with a fan from their office and let me use it for the night.
I can’t ask for anything better than that.
very good right next to the London Eye and Westminster Bridge, you can get all you can eat breakfast and they do some great meal deals the rooms are comfortable and have basic amenities
Located in the heart of London very close to almost everything. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. The hotel was on the cheaper side compared to others (but not even really that cheap) and you got what you paid for. AC wasn't great, they gave us only one towel (for 2 people for 2 nights) so we had to go ask them for another which was annoying. The size of the room was decent too. The shower had no door which we found odd.
We arrived really early and obviously the room wasn't ready yet so they let us store our luggage. I had asked if we could check in early once a room was ready and was told it probably wasn't likely and to check back at 3 when check in was. We walked around for a bit, ate, and came back to hang around until check in, only to see other guests being allowed to check in early so I was really annoyed. I asked again and she finally let me but I had to pay for it (which is fine, but I didn't hear her charge the other group before us).
It's a good hotel for the price, but don't expect anything special. Weddings paid for premiere plus and I don't even want to know what a regular room & stay would be like.
The check in process was flawless. The staff all were very courteous helpful and professional. The breakfast was traditional British breakfast and filling. Early check in was a breeze. Located right in the heart of everything. London Eye, Westminster, Big Ben, Shrek's adventure, Dungeons & Dragons etc etc. Perfectly located across from the entrance was a 24 hour convenience store, noodle shop, Italian restaurant, all very convenient. I will be going back to this hotel my next trip to London I highly recommend it.
Excellent location for all your tourist needs. 5 mins walk from Waterloo tube.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Breakfast was good value and delicious
Brilliant location near the London Eye. The hotel was everything you'd expect from Premier Inn - clean, good sized room, grandson thought the shower was amazing (he's very particular so this is praise indeed). We did have breakfast - plenty of choice although there never seem to be enough staff during busy times but no real complaint.
I really enjoyed my week here. Very clean, modern rooms in one of the best central London locations. Staff very nice and helpful. I'd definitely go back.
