Pan De Vie - London - Photo album

Reasonably priced delicious quality patisseries, especially the matcha ones! One of the best patisserie in London. Also, the Matcha Honey Cake, Brownies, and Cookies are all true goodies. Have been there multiple times and even joined the membership.
Everything is matcha over there. Quality cakes and a must go for matcha lovers!
Pan de Vie is a small little alcove in between several interesting shops on a road reminiscent of Diagon Alley. Its interior is small; there's a couple of seats by the window, but otherwise you'll have to go downstairs for more seating areas. Probably not a great place for any big groups. The menu
It was quite difficult to choose which cake to try! They have both classic flavours as well as fusion (Japanese and European). We ended up trying three flavours - azuki and matcha, lychee and matcha and lastly the black sesame with charcoal. I think the last one was pretty bang on! The matcha ones
Excellent Japanese patisserie. A fair amount of classic French patisserie stuff, but a lot more that are definitely French-style, but Asian flavours (lots of sesame, green tea, red bean, etc.). that said, the cakes are good, but the pandogs are maybe my favourite thing- beef, pork or vegan, lots of
a little bit expensive, but definitely worth the money. All far east desserts with french original style. Highly recommended, matcha flavour is their specialty.
Only issue with Pan De Vie is that it is a bit expensive and the place is very small so you can't eat in. But the cakes are really the best! Not too sweet. Would recommend the big takeaway box so you can go home and share with friends or family.
Fantastic selection of matcha desserts and Japanese buns . We tried the matcha tart - the matcha creme patisserie was spot on but the tart base had clearly been overworked
Very good Matcha latte at a convenient price. Quiet atmosphere, ideal for studying, reading or catching up with a dear friend for a coffee and (matcha) cake!
French - Japanese patisserie selling matcha and sesame flavoured desserts. Contemporary, clean and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!
Had the Japanese cheesecake and coffee and nut cake, lovely flavours and very light. Will be back to try their savoury buns
A good selection irresistible goodies
Perhaps not the best in town, but definitely not bad for an Asian palate.
