Although only visited the bar at Cut, I can say that the Wolfgang Puck attention to detail and style are still very much there.
Appears to have been some changes in regards to service and the bar programme but as a whole the bar and restaurant still seem to be flawless.

Great service, great food! Must say, the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. Very attentive to your needs to make sure you're comfortable, especially when seated outside as we were greeted with blankets etc. Very polite and professional. Will visit again!

The dry aged steak was delectable , had an amazing charcoal crusting on the outer steak giving a beautiful flavour , the macaroni cheese and daphnois potatoes accompanied the steak perfectly - with a creamy and cheesy sauce . 45 park lane is one of the best hotels in London. We booked to stay for three nights in a suite, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in London, overlooking Hyde Park. There is a cool cocktail bar on the first level and Cut Steak restaurant is also within the hotel. Outstanding 5 star service.
