This is a wonderful hotel. The suite we had was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the harbor.
The staff is friendly and capable. It’s near a London Overground stop, so getting into the city is pretty easy.

We had an amazing 2 night stay, staff were amazing and looked after our birthday boy who turned 5 with a lovely cake just for him. Rooms were spacious suites with a balcony overlooking Chelsea.

What a lovely hotel, warm welcome- the staff are incredibly thoughtful and kind. It was my mum's birthday and they definitely went the extra mile! Food was great. Room was amazing. After a busy day in Central London it was great to travel by river to a more serene location.

Had some issues with my room, but staff was mostly wonderful. Any problems are Millennium's fault, not the staff. Muhamad, the manager was very accommodating and professional. Rana, at the front desk, was outstanding, always going above and beyond, and a pleasure to speak with.
