Afternoon tea is one of those terribly British things to indulge in, everyone knows that pretty much anything can be fixed with a cuppa and a piece of cake, but when family came to visit me, I wanted to show them not just an English afternoon tea but a London one!. And so I found the Biscuiteer’s London afternoon tea.  I’d first been introduced to the Biscuiteers when I received a whole box of their delicately decorated biscuits in the shape of little ducks with the sprog’s name iced on so I already knew that I liked their biscuits and when I saw the whole tea dedicated to those, I was sold!

One of those places where I wished I could be a child again and have hot chocolate with marshmallows whilst decorating biscuits with icing. That was what four little girls were doing, giggling and having the time of their lives while mum savoured a glass a Prosecco. I enjoyed a mocha, nothing fancy but still good and warm, surrounded by biscuits of all colours and sizes. You can try them on the shop, or take home, to offer someone or maybe from you to you. A welcoming and cozy shop, with friendly and helpful staff.

I was on the hunt for a non-dairy cake and not only did Biscuiteers have one, but a few vegan cake options to choose from! Thank you to the amazing team who stepped in with advice and signed me up for an account to access treats as a result of my purchase. Would recommend

Very cute store. Great for gifts - it seems be wrapped well in the tin so you can ship it / take it on a flight. The biscuits are not just cute, but buttery and tasty too. Some gluten free biscuits were available at the counter. Cafe was less crowded than other cafes on the street, but it looked nice.

Loveliest place for coffee and pastries in the area! Dollhouse vibe, many customers under 10 years old. Not as noisy as you'd expect and not as crowded as other coffee shops around.

Loveliest place for coffee and iced biscuits! I literally buy these biscuits by the tonne and the coffee is awesome. This cafe is also great as it is dog friendly - they even give her dog biscuit treats most times she visits (the peanut butter ones are her favorite)! They also support The Dogs Trust Charity on any of the dog biscuits bought - which is obviously a very worthy cause. Definitely worth a visit and a taste, even as an adult!

Gorgeous shop and cafe, with biscuit decorating activities for adults and for children. It is EXPENSIVE! 15 quid per person to decorate three biscuits (and only three) and that is the cheapest option - classes and evening workshops etc are far pricier. Having said that, it was a lovely experience to take my niece and have tea and ice biscuits together. The staff were lovely and your biscuits are put in really nice decorative boxes and bags that you can take home and colour in, adding mileage if you're running out of school holiday inspiration, like I was!

Very nice venue with really friendly patient staff. Kept two kids thoroughly entertained for a solid 90 minutes and the grown ups free to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee or two plus cakes and biscuits (of course)! Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

This is a cute boutique that you simply must visit if you happen to be in the area. I hear this is their second branch opening within London where the main attraction is, as you’ve guessed it, delicious iced biscuits. Renowned and famed for their classic themed jolly gingers and biscuit tins, these make the perfect gift for anyone for any occasion or perhaps maybe even a sneaky treat for yourself. There is a small café area where you can get drinks and sample some of the treats on offer and they even offer afternoon tea. They also run icing nights and parties with included prosecco that are good fun if you feel inspired, get the urge to do something a little different and to be creative. The staff are so welcoming and friendly whenever I’ve visited and there are always plenty of products to tempt you in their store.

We came here for an impromptu ‘Biscuiteers Icing Lesson’, whereby you sit on the stalls and they lay out a stack of biscuits and present you with multiple colours of icing and different toppings, and let you loose. I presume it’s for the kids, but we had just as much fun. The best way to pass an afternoon, but bear in mind, each ‘ticket’ only allows you 3 biscuits to ice, anything over that is an extra charge.

I have so much love for Biscuiteers! Their shop is adorable — in addition to purchasing their hand-made treats there, you can also take biscuit decorating classes, which are really fun.
