Came in at 5 o'clock and there were 2 lovely young ladies. One stopped what she was doing to come and serve me on the till. Very kind. Greeted with beautiful smiles by both girls. Makes such a difference to your day. Thank you. Hope you have a good day.
Usual highstreet food joint, coffee is OK, but food and drinks vastly overpriced
Went there with my baby as we had to stop as she was getting hungry. The staff were really lovely. Had to use the baby changing room, (being locked so other clients can use it , )they quickly got the key and opened it for me. Usually all Pret coffee shops have amazing employees, and amazing coffee and sandwiches 👏

Beautiful place to have a coffee. Kind stuff specially the girl with Hijab.
Lunchtime so very busy hut good prompt service and food. Loving the gluten free bread with crushed avocado. So nice not have it spoilt by butter or yogurt etc. Just a wedge of lemon to squeeze over the top. Excellent.
The service from this branch of Pret is superb. Naz and Ausra are excellent always friendly and helpful, nothing seems to be of any trouble to them. The coffee is excellent, much nicer than a branch of Pret nearby where they scald the coffee making it bitter.

Regular Pret but special place thanks to the staff, specially Rosa and the batista galician guy. They are so nice and professional doing a perfect service, making every customer feeling like home, with a warm welcoming and a great treatment. Don't think twice and choose this Pret better than other around. In addition is full of confortable sofás and chairs and normally there are empty, rather than other ones in the City with no many sits.
The barista was so lovely and friendly after I kept messing up my words when ordering - he even gave me a cookie when I said I'd had a long day! Add that to the comfy seating areas in the back and I'm a loyal customer!
I always visit Pret whenever I'm in & around London. The food is fresh, healthy and tastes good. New recipes are always being introduced and the Veggie/Vegan options are plentiful.
Everyone is so friendly, smily, happy and positive here! But they are also very professional and helpful. I really like this particular shop 😊

Great staff, phone battery wouldnt charge properly was taking ages and my phone is how I pay , the kind member of staff gave me a free coffee because I was having a bit of a nightmare

Its a pret so pretty good. Issue is that a filter coffee is so much cheaper than a Latte. Surely just use the filter coffee instead of some £2 coffee?
