Great location between Covent Garden and Holborn in an area where there are quite a few Caffe Nero’s.

Out of all of the big chains, Caffe Nero is rivaled by noone when it comes to their hot chocolate so chocolaty and thick with really tasty whipped cream too. Yum

Standard Caffé Nero offering in a great location on the edge of the West End and City of London. The staff are delightful and very helpful.
The taste was very good and satisfied, but I'm not happy with the sitting arrangement of the table and didn't manage it properly.
Really good coffee, the place is also quite nice and the seats are comfortable. I had an absolutely delicious carrot cake!
The only thing missing was the customer service that seemed almost annoyed having to take our orders.
