Really nice Ramen, great for lunch. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient which was perfect for a quick lunch. The tonkotsu was very good, great broth and nice toppings. It was a bit pricey but as expected for the area. I would definitely go again if I fancied some nice and quick ramen.
hands down the best ramen place in London! Gekikara is delicious and my go-to. Great service and even better food!
First time in this branch. Tonkotsu ramen tastes so good, broth is both filling but easy to have! And noodles are great. One of the best ramen places in London. One of the staff members was really nice as well.
Looking for ramen in Islington? These dishes definitely hit the spot. The broth is smooth and tasty and the meat flavourful. The complimentary chashu pork starter was much appreciated.
Great little place with super friendly and quick service however not the best ramen in town sadly. I’ll certainly come back and try something different though as the staff were lovely!
If you're searching for an authentic, delicious bowl of ramen in a warm and welcoming environment, look no further than Kanada-Ya. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff greets you with smiles and makes you feel right at home. The cosy booths, noodle bar seating, and comforting aroma immediately let you know you're in for a top-notch ramen experience.
Great customer service, too, and very welcoming.
Interesting ramen spot - lovely ambiance but the food we had was not the best.
I wouldn’t necessarily go back but I do recommend you visit to form your own opinion
Had lunch with family. Food and service was good and the place is spacious for a buggy.
Recommend to have all toppings with the ramen😄
Ramen is one of my most favourite food so I love to explore the ramen restaurants in London! Here it has tasty and authentic Japanese ramen! The soup taste strong but not very salty. Recommend to add an egg into the soup! The tonkusu or the truffle are the best!
I ordered the truffle ramen as I wanted to try something new.. In this instance, I did regret my decision. It was very rich and overpowered with truffle, which was a shame as you could not taste much of the other things or broth which is usually the show stopper. The egg was good. My partner ordered the normal tonkostu and enjoyed it.
We also had the chicken karaage, it came out blistering hot. But it was nice.
Personally, Kanada-Ya is nice but I feel there are other nicer ramen places. At the moment my top place is Ippudo in Canary Wharf. Also Bone Daddies comes a close second.
The broth is full of flavor and I love the noodles too! Hope the chashu can be a little bit more tender.
I liked it here, everything very simple from deco, uniform and menu. The waiting staff were all lovely and polite. One of my items a fried chicken dish wasn't cooked still a bit raw inside...I let them know and they made me a new one which I enjoyed. I would go again.
For delicious, utterly satisfying and very reasonably priced ramen in Islington, this is the place to go !
Good food and swift service. Fairly family friendly as a children's menu is available. Just don't pay via the QR code as you will be charged an extra fee.
I come here regularly for a ramen fix whenever I visit London. The ramen is delicious, service is good and price is fair. The portions could definitely be bigger for the central London price snd the service could be more refined but overall good. Would recommend!
