Love, love naga fried rice ❤❤❤❤ Cant wait to taste other stuff on the menu!
Still the best. Best fried rice. With extra spring onions. Spicy. King prawn or chicken.

One of my favourite Chinese places. Their chicken chow meins are really good, so are the fried rice dishes. Their fish cakes are really tasty. Battered burgers are great. Only problem is the portion size of a curry chip roll. Used to be way bigger before.
Small Curry Chips: £1.90 | I absolutely love curry chips so needless to say, this review definitely gets the thumbs up! The chips were crunchy and the sauce was yummy.
Small Chicken Fried Rice with Chilli: £3.45 | When you order this, you get asked whether you want it chilli or not and I said yes as I like a bit of kick to the flavour of my food. So on to the taste. The rice wasn't great at all. The actual rice was very hard and felt as though it wasn't cooked properly or that it was overcooked. That sort of ruined the rest of the meal. There were fried egg pieces within the rice which gave it somewhat of a flavour. The chicken was tender and flavoursome but even with the chillies, it didn't have that wow factor. I think it needed to be mixed in with a sauce like substance to enhance the flavour. All in all, don't think it's something I would go for again.
Fish Cake: £1.20 | These are always on display at Kar Woo and I finally decided to try one. Unfortunately, it was bland and really disappointing. Definitely won't be trying this again!
Curry Chip Roll: £1.50 | This was soo good! Loved it! Who knew having curry chips in a burger bun would be a different experience to curry chips on its own? Though the bun wasn't toasted/grilled, it was delish. The bun soaked the curry sauce and the sweetness of it combined with the sauce was amazing! The chips were of course yummy too! Also at Kar Woo, they're very generous with their portion size. I opted for this thinking they'd give less chips but they gave the same amount as they do when you buy the small curry chips. Try this if you haven't already guys, it's just too good! Foodie.007 x
Little place run by husband and wife. Chinese food with a twist of some spicy mix. Stir fried rices are all awesome. If you love a bit of kik to it then this is the place. They use some seriously hot chillies. It looses no Asian fusion only make it better. Dont be alarmed its only hot if you ask for it. Be warned busy times it can be a wait for up to 2 hours.
Small shop to get a quick bite to eat. Tried the chicken chow mein noodles a few years ago and it was really good can have it spicy or non spicy reasonable price and can choose either small or large portion. This time I got a curry chips, it was nice but the chips were drowning in the curry sauce, way too much sauce. The chips were small chips like fries there were 3/4 fat chips and I think that tasted better and should be like that instead of small fries. Service was good and fast but less curry sauce and more chips would’ve been good. Got the large portion for £3 or you can get small portion for £2.
The food at this place can be nice at times but it can also be horrible. I've been going here for years, seen the variety in meal quality. It's suffice to say that they mostly give out good food but more often than none they also don't deliver.
The food can be extremely dry and old to the point where I don't want to eat it anymore and I'm forced to throw it in the bin or add something of my own just to make it edible. But it can also be great to eat when given the chances.
I wouldn't say I'm not going to go back, but I'm not going to go as frequently.
For a tiny restaurant, they sure do know how to make good food. Chow mein/fried rice is delicious and has been my go to Chinese takeaway place. Sausage in batter wasn't all that though.
From the outside it might seem as an ordinary chicken shop or takeaway but the food is much better than most high end restaurants at a fraction of the price. Prices are really affordable and portion sizes are high.
The store is really busy so it's understandable as to why the staff are always in a rush.
In the portions, there is enough of chicken pieces or shrimp. Well worth it and would definitely visit again
Again, must give a review considering quality vs cost, and that is 5 star indeed. The Chinese options have an Indian twist - these guys adapted to the neighbourhood indeed - and there is something about them that make them addictive. Huge portions, great prices, great fried rice. And personally I love the salt and pepper chips.
Ordered karwoo the other day, it was really great to be honest, their fried rice is must with a bit of chilli sauce on top of it. Got some spring rolls as well, those were very tasty. Service was quite ok, I think the guy named Mahbub, he was on the charge, quite friendly and supportive. Overall, a great experience
It's really rare to find a fully hmc Chinese takeaway that serves actual tasty authentic Chinese food so when I found this place I fell in love with the food. They have great service, always receive my food quickly and the whole family absolutely love this place.
It's a takeaway, so atmosphere and service is not much to talk about, but the food was absolutely fantastic. Sadly no pics but we had the beef fried rice, twice now and I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend the little diamond in the rough.
Under the new management I was very much concerned if the food will go downhill, but actually the opposite happened - the food only got better!
Sadly, the previous owners (chinese founders of Karwoo) mis-sold food as "halal" to the local community.
Allhamdullah, the new management have come in and completely refurbished the shop and have taken it to the next level. This is my local chinese go to place! Never disappoints..
Order from here on ubereats. And go into the shop too. Curry chips is amazing per usual. Anything on the menu is banging. They’re generous with portion sizes too. Be careful with medium spice though cos it’s really really spicy.
My go to place for chicken sweetcorn soup ! I’m not really a big fan of chow mein but I have had the beef one and it’s full of taste and spices.
Unique very fiery spicy naga flavoured Chinese rice and noodles. LOVE IT.
The curry chips are the best curry chips in London.
Lovely guys - turned up just after closing but they let me in anyways. Had an issue with paying cash but they helped me sort it - food was great, cheap and they even chucked in a few free goodies! We'll be back
First time using and was really impressed. Flavours were excellent and generous portion sizes. Loved the spice kick too!
